Was about to purchase from this company but thankfully looked at the reviews so far. 92% voted 1star! Glad I read the reviews first.

Saw an appliance advertised at a ridiculously low price, glad I checked here as it looks like they are still at it.

1-star - only because I had to. should be zero.

Fake or scam website.
Tried to email their support email as given on their website for zouz.co.uk
My email immediately bounced back as undeliverable!!
I emailed them to cancel my order after I read all these reviews about this company selling online.
Police need to pursue this one. Harvesting personal data for dubious reasons.

I don't trust this business, goods ordered COD haven't arrived and, if they do I will pay cash, not use any card.
Checking "My Account" on the site is not accessible without card doesn't seem possible.
Many prices look good but probably too good to be true.

I ordered a tumble dryer this morning. They didn't ask for my bank details. It said to pay cash on delivery. I've tried calling. Dodgy mobile number. The email doesn't exist. I used their online form requesting immediate cancellation of order. I've not heard a dicky bird. This is a very dodgy website. I'm worried sick they're going to scam me somehow. Should it arrive I won't accept the delivery. I've reported the website, it should be taken down. Surely they can't get money from me if I didn't put any bank details in?
Has anyone anh advice?

Total scam, had to cancel the 2 cards I tried to use to make purchase. It looks totally legit - I even emailed and left a phone message too for advice on how I could get my payment through!! How foolish do I feel! The item price was only a few pounds lower than similar products and the website is very slick but stay away as it's such a pain cancelling everything.

Will not recognise any of my card numbers tried for 5hours to buy a table and chairs, but no luck still no luck, very disappointing, and extremely frustrating

Yet another person who was duped by this FAKE company.
Payment wouldn’t go through as card couldn’t be verified. Tried several times. Bells rang checked on Trustpilot - SCAMMERS - blocked them and cancelled
card.
Telephone number doesn’t exist.
Email address false.
Dishonest and fraudulent keep well away - report to national crime agency

Just tried to purchase an item I have wanting for ages, put card details in and immediately it said card details wrong, I thought this is a scam so froze my card, please never use this site they now have all my details, going to have to ring bank and order new card, BE AWARE !!!!!

Same issue said there is a problem with my card, now going to have to cancel card, its a pain its Christmas

Found an item on Zouz slightly cheaper than elsewhere and apparently in stock, had been looking for ages so jumped at it. Got the “card cannot be verified” bit so followed the registration path to “Swizzy” (or “Swizzle” as predictive text suggested!) Somehow this lead me to “Veguro” which seems to be some sort of streaming site, there was some mention of a monthly subscription of £39.99 (!!!) Fortunately my bank picked up on potentially fraudulent activity on my card. I was able to block both transactions and cancel the card.

Same issue as comments below……googled a work bench and found Zouz price marginally better than everyone else. Web site all looks very legit but when filled in all of my credit card details said something was wrong with details and said didn’t go through. Tried again with another card before reading trust pilot reviews. Quickly blocked both cards and await replacements. Avoid!! Seems they are scammers.

Scam web, fortunately I have read these comments before buying anything. Website has been reported to National cyber Crime agency, hopefully they will take them out quickly.

More of the same issue that many others have experienced - they take a £1 charge on your credit card account whilst at the same time they report that the card details entered are incorrect. Presumably this is whilst they also hope users will provide details of alternative cards. Fortunately I referenced this site first!
TAKE CARE AND AVOID - CARD BLOCKED!

SCAM. Card details entered and told again and again they were incorrect. Have had to cancel and order new bank cards.
