Sent my package three times and it’s still not here. Do not buy something in this shop ! Never!!!!

I feel for all these negative reviewer’s but I have had nothing but positive experiences with Zumiez. Upon onset of pandemic I decided I wanted many oversize T-shirts for being home all the time. I only buy things on sale so I have placed multiple orders over the last couple months. Everything has arrived timely. I’ve had to return a couple things and the money has showed up right away in my accounts. I hope Zumiez can get it together and make sure everyone has a great experience

As some that ordered INTERNATIONALLY (from GERMANY) DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT F***** ORDER FROM THEM. SHADY I REPEAT SHADY BUSINESS

So if i could give them no stars i would. After making an order on July 2020, I received an email a month later saying that one of the things in my order was sold out, i was W*F I asked them how was that possible, they were like, well the other things in your bag are still available, i told them that was extremely terrible service. Instead of giving me my money back on that exact time, i was never given any money back, still to this day the other piece which i payed for i have not received the return of. They sent the package two months later worth (49.95$ with together a ~8$ shipping cost), i received a message from DHL saying that i had to pay 21,40 EUROS worth of taxes, because they sent the package as EXPRESS.

Terrible, terrible customer service! I never write reviews but went out of my way to inform the public of this interaction. Wish I could give negative stars. I returned an online order in person (as their website recommends) and got serious flack for items I never wore: i.e. tags attached, perfect condition, simply the wrong size. The manager smelled the items (what -I can't), claimed they were "wet/damp" (they were not and his colleague felt the items and confirmed they were dry) and then proceeded to ask me why they were warm -it was 85°F in Seattle that day. I will never buy from this company again. With customer service this poor they will die out soon. Dont buy from these guys. HUGE waste of time.

I went to chesterfield to buy high tops vans. I live two hours away to come home to two left shoes. Taylor assistant manager at this location was no help and said it was their fault but nothing they could do. So I call the corporate office speak with Nicole shields to get talked back to and to say there's nothing they could do. She was rude and had horrible work ethics. She did not want to give me her name. Her excuse was they always have new employees. Again how is this ANY customers fault. No discount no I'm sorry no nothing. Do not shop at these stores.

Not a big fan of zumiez anymore. They sent me a pair of size 6 and and size 8 and my original size was a 6.

Paid 110 American for a pair of shoes, which came to 150 Canadian, no where did it even mention that there was a duty free tax that must be paid separately before I can receive my package, just paid an additional 27$...if I knew the shoes were going to cost 180$ I never would of bought them, thanks for pulling a fast one on me!!

I really dislike the way that Zumiez operates when advertising their items. To me, it's false advertising when an item I want, shows it is in stock in the size I want on their website. Then after purchasing, I'm waiting forever for an email confirmation to tell me that my item is shipped. Come to find out, I get a notification 1 week later just to be told that their warehouse has discovered the item I want is out of stock during fulfillment. Well, if it was out of stock in the size I wanted, why did you still continue to advertise it still in stock and still allow me to add it to my cart and purchase? I'm sure this happened to other people before me and that their discovery is not new news. So then, I ordered a smaller size seeing that it was available and crossed my fingers that this wasn't going to happen again. I checked daily to make sure the item was in stock which it was. Unfortunately, I got the same email telling me the same bs. Well, again if now that other size I ordered was found to not be in stock, then why advertise it in the first place?!! Just don't even have the item listed! I've also come to experience and realize that with Zumiez, when they do in fact have an item in stock, they will ship it the following day which then will take 5-11 business days to receive. You'll get a notification right away and if not, just brace yourself for that email notification that their "warehouse made a discovery during fulfillment".

I did give them another last and 3rd chance after I saw the item I wanted was updated on their site a week later showing it was available in the size I originally wanted. Placed the order again along with another item to take advantage of their "Buy One Get One Free" sale and from what it looks like, I'll be getting a notification yet again that their warehouse made a discovery.

I'm done with Zumiez. I'm sick of Zumiez continuing to advertise items they don't have in stock even after discovering it. I see what you're doing Zumiez.

If I could give zero stars I would first, it takes over an hour to talk to any remote human being on top of that I wasted $30.00 on top of an already $400.00 order for next (business day) shipping i ordered on Sunday and I'm not getting my stuff until tomorrow which is Wednesday. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life of shopping online and I can say first hand they lost a very valuable customer. I will never and I mean NEVER order from zumies online again it truly is the apitamy of a catastrophic online business PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND ACTUALLY TAKE THE ADVICE TO HEART BEFORE EVER ORDERING ONLINE FROM THIS CROOKED ASS CORPORATION THEY CALL A COMPANY I HATE ZUMIES!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Zumiez. Their website malfunctioned. I contacted them and they stated the order didn't go through. They did charged my card for the order. Then they stated I kept trying to place the order even though I didn't. I have a charge on my card for $117.91 from Zumiez#600 85.42_V. They stated the charge is pending (which it is not) and I will receive my money back in 3-5 business days and if I don't to contact them again. Their website says: "Your account is not charged for your purchase until we ship your order." After reading other reviews, it appears Zumiez has done this to many other customers whom have never received their money back. I am contacting the BBB. Do not trust this company!!!!

Ordered 148$ worth of clothes. After 3 weeks they didn't ship anything so I asked for a refund but they never sent any im going to contact the credit card company

I ordered roughly $155 worth of zumiez clothing online the clothes were never sent so I called the company and asked for a refund. When i called they acted like it was no problem and said to wait 1-2 weeks to receive the money back into my account. After waiting 5 weeks with no refund I decided to call back to make sure I was still going to get my money back. This time when I called they said they had erased the order and advised me to call my bank "who probably is holding the money aside". I quickly called my bank who then told me that zumiez had deleted the order & as a result it shows that i never purchased anything from zumiez at all! Thank God i still had my confirmation email otherwise i would have lost $155! My bank filed a claim and now I'm once again waiting for the money to appear back into my account. Moral of the story don't order online from Zumiez unless you want to go on a wild goose chase for your refund.

If you skate. Do not order from this website. I no longer support Zumiez after two months of terrible service. The first time I ordered from this website, I ordered shirts and they came in fine. I next ordered a pair of vans and I received two shoes that were for the same foot. I laughed about it but I still wanted shoes so I called them and they were sold out so they had to give me a refund. A few days later, I ordered a new set up which included grip tape, a deck, bearings, and wheels. I even payed for premium shipping because the board I am skating now is old and worn. I waited about 7 business days and it still didn't come in. I called Zumiez and they refunded my money for the shipping cost. I was thinking, that's fine, I will just have to wait a little longer. But no it has been 3 days since then and I decide to call them again and apparently my order is a "lost package" so they then refunded me more money. Because of the aggravations I've had with zumiez, I will no longer be using Zumiez and I recommend you use another website to order your skating needs.

I bought a jumper from this website for my partner as a surprise. It was $150 which for the price you expect highest of quality. When it arrived it came folded up. It had a picture on the front of some dragon ball characters and where they folded it, it left a crease through the printed picture on the front. I have never washed this jumper and it has been worn less that 5 times! the whole picture is cracked and peeling off! it’s disgusting for that price. The pieces randomly fall off and i even has some fall in my food. i never leave bad reviews but i couldn’t believe for the price that is happened. i would rate 0 stars if i could. no wonder why their website doesn’t have reviews on it. I would love my money back but i know theyre probably dodgy and would say it’s been too many months for a refund, even though it’s just been hanging up on the cupboard. Please don’t buy clothes from this site! save your money

Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered two pairs of shoes At the same time, 1 fit, 1 didn’t. I tried to return the one’s that didn’t fit but by mistake I placed them in the incorrect box. I contacted customer support and was told I couldn’t return them because they weren’t in their original packaging. Unfortunately I must have thrown the correct box out assuming it was the one for the shoes that I did keep. I have the receipts and everything but because the sticker on the box is for the other pair of shoes I can’t return them? Stupid! Won’t be shopping here again. Shoes were $100 btw 🤦‍♂️

Literally worst website ever as I'm checking out the products in my bag are now "out of stock" like wt actual F is that? If it's in my bag it should locked I'm obviously buying them ? I go through the whole website have everything I want to buy in my bag just to find out that literally everything I just added to my bag is gone "out of stock" ? F^ck this place never ordering from here again wasted 45 minutes for NOTHING !!!!!!

Excellent website, great service and clothing options for teens. Awesome variety and helpful staff. Kelowna, BC location. During COVID you can call or check online to see if they have what you’re looking for!! Beware though, sometimes inventory online may not be accurate, so don’t give up so easily.
