The board I ordered (landyacht cruiser) came slightly scuffed. Why? Isn't this supposed to be new?

I ordered something over a month ago and still have not received it! After many times of trying to get my order I still have not gotten it. I was charged but never received it. When I called they said it was sent back but kept the money out of my accoun? Never will order again from here!

So my friend got a bored and wheels on 2 separate orders they both came completely different then what he ordered.
I also paid extra money for express delivery for my order and it hasn’t even shipped yet and I’ve been waiting about a week it just

I can’t believe this, I ordered a complete and it has taken at least 3 weeks and it’s still in the same place it was suppose to ship from!!!
I wish they would have a better delivery system !!! And they would tell people that there delivery is trash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sad thing is that i really like zumiez and i got a really good complete but if they had a better delivery system i would order more from there !!!! But thanks and God bless!

I wish I could understand why this shipping is such doo doo. I’ve purchased plenty of knick-knacks online and have never witnessed such an atrociously put together shipping time. I don’t know if their warehouse be looking like one of those houses on that “Hoarders” show (which is fabulastic bt-dubs). Overall, I could wheel a skateboard across the US using roller blades and a paper bag from Safeway while on a line of coke faster than these guys can find my nuts and bolts to send me from two states away. GG Scrubs.

I ordered a complete skateboard 4 days ago and they just got my bolts, yes only my bolts, out for shipping just today. I was expecting them to take a day or two to get everything shipped but not 4 for JUST my bolts. Wish they would have better delivery service.

I placed an order for a complete and the first time it “didn’t” go through. I pressed it again and I have no confirmation number, no confirmation email, and my stuff isn’t gonna send after I just lost $459 bucks.

My friend ordered a mask (JV by Jac Vanek Send Noods Black Face Cover) and the bowls of noodles on the mask weren't even the color that they were on the picture. The bowls were not placed in good spots. It looks just in a way, not proportional. Also, it said he would get the order in 2 weeks. He got this order within a month or a month and a half. Not good

I expected my experience with zumiez to be so much worse! The staff was helpful and replied to all my emails, giving me the information I needed. My order was delayed a bit, due to coronavirus issues, but apart from that, once my order got shipped, it arrived about a week and a half later (which is fast given the fact that I live in Europe). They even helped me pay less in taxes by sending my multiple items in one package, and therefore adding a couple of days to delivery time. Just warning you though, you will have to pay duties/taxes upon the delivery of your items and sometimes that may be a little pricey. Not what I was expecting at all though, given the reviews here.

I purchased the Zine Sprint Black & Charcoal Windbreaker Jacket for my son for Christmas. When it arrives, the stitching was terrible! It was all messy and none of it was clean stitching. A lot of the sewing has started to come apart after one day of use. I ordered this online so I couldn't tell if it was good before I purchased it. I was not able to get a refund since its been months. But I do not recommend purchasing a product from here. Who knows, they might be charging you a lot or a poorly designed and manufactured product. 10/10 do not recommend.

i ordered a hat and a few tees and they came faster than i expected it to come. it said it would ship in 3-8 days but it got delivered 2 days after i ordered it. it was kinda odd, but i was content

I ordered a board on Saturday and it says it would be shipped Monday through Friday and they haven’t shipped it which is really bad and my sister got her board coming today like ship my board already.

the are scaming they konk at the door and ask for more money they say the shoes are more exoensve now first and last time that im shipping there

Was double charged from Zumiez online. I paid 201 on March 20th & was charged 193$ on April 15. Hopefully get my money back but won’t purchase anything online again From them.

Came in great timing. I've always relied on Zumiez for their products, a great company. A company that cares. Even left a generous note!

Start off with love this place been shopping here for yrs. just want to say I wish they would hook u up with a couple stickers when u buy a complete skate board I mean I just ordered a cruiser from u guys a zflex and so wished there was a sticker u know some people love that lol. But anyways sick store love u guys

I spoke with a customer service representative named Dan through the phone over an issue I had with an online order and he handled it quickly and accurately very friendly as well thank you Dan!

if i could give 0 stars i would. i don’t recommend ordering from this place ever again. i bought all of the parts of a skateboard, expecting it to come in today. i found out they shipped me 2 large men’s sizes track pants. the workers completely weren’t paying attention and got my skateboard switched up and now it’s all the way in california. worst ever. never buying from here again.

The store in Zona Rosa Kansas CIty never has enough staff to help you. There is one person usually ringing at the register getting all the commission I assume. Customers stand there holding clothing which they can't try on due to locked dressing room, or can't even reach the merchandise high up. It's a time suck I cannot withstand.
