Ingot my Zubgles now for a few days. The design is great and they were comfortable. I can agree that is is a little sad they don't fold like normal sunglasses but I also don't handle them like my other 20$ pairs I have. First time connecting to Bluetooth was no issue, played a song and I was disappointed by how quiet they are and as everyone knows, not a real bass. However, I also realised that the glasses weren't fully charged. They do sound better when they are fully charged. If you wanna hang out and listen to loud music just use your normal headphones. Zungles are not a replacement for them. I go running a lot and I was surprised how they do not shake at all due to their rubber pads in the back. I set up the Google Assistent with 2 clicks, super easy. I use Google Assistent a lot so that's great! I was using them while driving and therefore finally have a headset if anyone calls me. Due to the more quiet sound it was hard to use them in the car, but it was okay. At home or anything they work great for phone calls. My buddy on the other side was surprised by the great sound quality. I listen to to my voice recordings and they were crystal clear!! So I take the Zubgles as what they are and I am satisfied. Shipping took about a week (5 business days) to Canada. My roommate saw them about 6 month ago and didn't wanted to spend the big bucks without testing them first, now he is considering getting himself a pair. In total thumps up, but don't expect a replacement for headphones or glasses you don't have to care about.

First of all when we ordered this appalling product, we were not notified it was a pre-order. It took nearly 6 month for these to arrive - nicely in time for winter.... The product do not fold like sunglasses should, i.e flat, so pressure causes strain on the joints. Obviously ours have now snapped. Terrible cheap plastic joints - really just a matter of time.
Trying to contact this company is totally shambollic, Every mesage (usually the same) says The Zungle Family Appreciate Your Support" I never see a response from them on Trust Pilot.
Pretty sure mine are just going to go in the bin. Sending stuff back to the states to a company that is totally faceless - forget it. Disaster waiting to happen.
If you want to waste you £100+ then this compant is a great rout.

On December 25, 2018 I requested a return and refund on sunglasses my daughter got for Xmas. After receiving the RMA form and filing it I heard nothing for weeks. They don’t allow any phone contact only email and it may be weeks before you receive an answer and then it may only be a notice they received it. Many emails later I was told they were waiting for the money from the manufacturer in China. Their problem not the customer. Then I am notified I have to pay a restocking fee. Finally after complaining that after 3 months I told them I should get a refund in full, they said I would and that it was being processed. I received the refund this week and it was less a $30 restocking fee. I’ll not deal with this company ever again. Since they don’t allow phone contact, are slow to respond emails, how good is any warranty they offer. If you can’t buy through Amazon I won’t buy on the internet. This is not my first bad experience with ordering products directly from marketers that buy from China companies.

If I could give this product less that one star I would, The glasses look crap when you get them out of the box. If you could have orthopedic glasses these would be them, the clunkiest ugliest things.
Now onto the tech..
quiet too quiet to listen to music effectively outside of a sound studio...
Sound quality... crap, little base, tinny, everything you ever heard about terrible sound.
Controls.. finicky and unresponsive.. what? you want to do what? tell me three or four more times and maybe I will do it.

This is a piece of garbage and I waited 7 months for this dog feces. Anyone who put a excellent on here as a review works for these people.

I was so amazed with the quality product i got from ZUNGLE. Try their product as i did for your outdoor activities and you wont regret. Thumb up!!!

Zungle is one of the worst companies around. They take over a week to respond to ANY customer service email. They take forever to ship. But the worst of it all is that they aren't even bone conduction. They suck. They just have a small speaker on the sunglasses and it's a horrible quality speaker. I was so excited to get these I pre-ordered them. They didn't fulfill on time and then I had a horrible product. I received them in December, sent them right back, and am still waiting for my refund. BEWARE!

What a scam!! Do not order!!! Shipping takes a loooooong time. Customer service is total crap!!! They said my payment didnt go through even if it did. Had to work on canceling the transaction with my bank. Such a hassle!! Save your money for something else!

The sound is really low, bad and worst of all (hidden in the promotion vids): everybody can hear what I am listening. I bought 2 pairs, very disapointed. Do not buy this product!

Ordered these glasses back in April or May of 2018, was told delivery should be in the summer of 2018, they just didn’t specify it was the Australian summer, because after countless delays I just received them in December 2018. Volume is garbage, as well as not silent to those around you, but don’t worry, since you can’t even hear your music, the people around you can only hear muffled sounds coming from your head. They do not make me look or feel cool, which was my entire reason for buying them. The only bone-conduction that happens is to my funny bone when I rewatch positive YouTube reviews and relish how much of a dumbass I am for getting this product.

I bought it. It takes 4 mths for the item to arrive to your doorsteps. Bone conduction fail as you cant hear pretty much anything at Max volume when ur in the public walking down the streets etc UNLESS you wear those contruction sites’ earplugs so as to shut ur ears. Yeah. Picture that. And u have to shout like mad in a call for the person to hear you. Best thing of all i dropped the Zungle 2.0 and it broke at the joints cleanly. Couldnt be fixed and nobody from Zungle entertained my queries on fixing it.

Pls refer to the true feedbacks/reviews and not fake actors and actresses in the promo BS video.

But if u have cash to throw in a bin might as well u throw on this piece of crap.

Not only did they change my shipping date 3 times without informing me leaving me to e-mail repeatedly for information, but their product is subpar at best! Don’t get me wrong, this is a brilliant idea but it just lacks the technology to back it.

I love the style and fit of these glasses however, they absolutely do not work using bone conduction, rather tiny speakers pointed towards your ears. I have to concentrate to hear music or whoever I’m talking to in the quiet of my own apartment so I know there’s no way this would work on a noisy street.

At the end of the day, I wouldn’t waste my money on these glasses. There is the possibility that newer versions will work better but even then their customer service needs so much work that it still probably won’t be worth it.

ALSO: if you ordered the white pair of glasses they are not yet shipping them because they’re trying to get the black and gray glasses out first since they were the most popular. These are the glasses I ordered but emailed them and told them I would rather have black pair so that I could get them sooner. It still took them 3 to 4 weeks to send but at least I have something at this point.

After months of waiting for a product that I preordered I still haven’t got anything! They emailed me 5 different times with different shipping dates but they were never shipped. I emailed them saying I wanted a refund and they emailed me back saying it will be 24 hours after they process it then I will get my money back, here we are 1 month later and I have not got my $180 back nor do I have the glasses. Worst company to deal with ever!

Worst company ive ever had to deal with. I ordered a pair of sunglasses when they were on pre-order with the full knowledge that the wouldnt be sent till July. Well I finally got my ship date it was set for Oct. 17 when the date came I didnt receive a shipping label. I got another shipping date for a month later and when I confronted them about it they did not get back to me for a week. I don't know what the product is like but the company is garbage.
I will NEVER order another pair of sunglasses from them ever again.

Pleasantly surprised. I was in the market for sunglasses and decided to give these a try (so I could listen to music while biking to work). I wouldn't say that these sunglasses have "perfect" bone conduction, but they definitely get the job done. The fact that I'm able to listen to music while biking is a plus (in my opinion); in that perspective, these sunglasses do this very well. Plus the quality of the lenses are quite good (they're also polarized). Out of the several pairs that I own, these are my go-to sunglasses on sunny days.

I was curious about the bone conduction sunglasses, and decided to buy one and try myself. There were a few companies that had the bone conduction sunglasses, but some of them didn't even have a proper website or social media presence that I can use as a reference. ZUNGLE seemed to be the most reputable and legitimate bone conduction sunglass manufacturer. In turn, I had high expectation when I purchased their product. The shipping process was pretty upsetting due to delay, but the product itself was definitely very interesting. Not a complete replacement for earphones, but the pair definitely had a decent audio quality, and the microphone worked just fine. Great product for outdoor activities.

DO NOT BUY!!

At maximum volume, they are too quiet for me to listen to anything unless I am alone in a quiet room and if I am anywhere with other people they can hear what I am listening to quite easily. When I wear them out in the car or the park I can't really hear anything above the background noise.

Complete waste of money.

1. The delivery took longer than expected, which made me kinda mad

2. but the product itself was decent and useful.

3. I often use it when I go jogging or do sports outside, and it is really not that bad.

Overall happy with my Zungle Viper. No problem with linking to my phone and the audio is fine. I like the design the most as it looks just like regular sunglasses.

I loved the product and pre-order new product recently. Like the design and working fine for me. Awsome!

The glasses are confortable , the lents are very good to the sun and the sound it’s not very good but you can drive with them and you can take to every place so for me it’s 3.7 stars of 5 stars
