to be honest: it‘s a fun product. Surely not top notch quality bone conduction headphones but they worked well enough for cycling. The annoying part is their customer service… I sent an enquiry for sp... See more

Honestly, I could glue earbuds to the side of standard sunglasses and it would sound better. "Bone conductance" is non-existant, even when pressing the speaker surfaces against the skull. To make ma... See more
Order received today after 8 weeks. I'm very disapointed of sound quality. It's look like 80's headphone.. No bone conductivity !! These are the mini speakers you hear in your ears !! The sound is al... See more

To quiet for me, too loud for those around me.
Even at maximum volume, they are too soft for me to listen to anything properly unless I am alone in a quiet room. At the same time, if I am anywhere with other people they can hear what I am listening to quite clearly. I am not the kind of person to play music at deafening levels, but with normal headphones I can hear my music without inflicting it on everyone else. I thought that the point of these was that I should be able to hear the music conductively, whilst keeping my ears free to hear other sounds, like traffic when I am running or cycling. But it does not seem like I am hearing conductively at all, it's just small built in speakers - I can place the glasses 10 feet away from me in my room and still make out what is playing, but when I wear them out in the street I can't really hear anything above the background noise. Waste of money.
Update
Update, I'm back to report. Zungle Inc. went so far as to make a bogus refund receipt for the incorrect amount(Sept. 13, 2018) from PayPal(the company I used to fund sunglasses project back in August 2016...). Zungle stated that the case is now closed since I was funded...Meanwhile no such record on PayPal of Zungle refund posted on any account that I have so far. Bungle.
The worst customer service
First of all, the concept is very good. The company, however, is not at the level of its product. I placed the order on March 11, 2018, after two delays in July and August and after complaining to their support service, I wrote and they told me they were going to send them to me, ¿on October 11! !
I have no other way out, than wait, ok. Two days ago, I wrote again to zungle and ask them why they have not sent the package yet and I do not receive any response.
I can not recommend anyone to buy here, their customer service is simply useless. If the company had me aware of the situation and were so kind to respond to the ongoing delays, I would not be so upset.
Any expectation about sunglasses will not be worth it in the absence of foresight and professionalism. Very bad.
(EDIT) They lied to me again with another failed shipping date. The WORST Customer Service I ever deal. Never More.I just want my product to arrive (damned gift they have given me) and forget about this nefarious company forever. A lot of cool photo, a lot of instagram, but the customer who has paid and cares about his delivery does not pay attention to him. They have not answered the reason for the new delay. Unforgivable.
Great concept, too bad it’s all a lie
1. Took forever to ship
2. They are small - head crushingly small (great if you enjoy getting headaches)
3. Bone conduction my *ss - sound quality is terrible and people nearby can hear it all
4. They’re the kind of company that deletes honest reviews and blocks people that believed their lies enough to purchase their product
One Year.
Alright, giving Zungle sunglasses a 1 star for overall rating. The sunglasses are great when you get them very uncomfortable at first, but you get used to, mild headaches not to bad. I’ve had them for a year plus and here’s why I’m giving them this bad review, they lose charge after a year plus. Multiple of my coworkers have thes and all refuse to work for the full 7-8 hours from when we first got them. They work now about 30-40 minutes. But if you want to spend 100$+ for these to work for a year be my guest.
Do NOT ORDER from here!!
I ordered in January for delivery in July last year. By August it still had not arrived. Waited till September when finally I asked for a refund. After the foreign exchange and credit card charge I was left out of pocket around £20. For something I never received. Not even an apology from Zungle. Nearly a year for something and got NOTHING.
complete crap, don't buy it
the quality is bad af. the sound leakage is really a big problem, it's like wearing portable speaker on your head, everyone around you can listen the music you are playing too !! that's not bone conduction !!!
Worst kickstarter product I've ever…
Worst kickstarter product I've ever funded. Waited almost 2 years for a pair of sunglasses that is totally uncomfortable, terrible sound quality comparable to a 1$ pair from a discount store, and very clunky. The marketing video for the campaign was such a fraud that of course you're going to want a pair of sunglasses that plays music, but the music is louder and more "clear" when you're not wearing them than when they're performing "bone conduction." Because of these sunglasses I will never fund another kickstarter campaign because I really find that they can't be trusted.
Do not buy read this
Bought them on sale got them 2 weeks later put them on my head and they didn’t fit I weigh 220lb and have kind of big head(hat size 7 3/8) they gave me a headache after 45mins of having them on
They bleed music so much if you dont have the right head size then you have to smash the glasses on your face squish your ears down just to get them in the right spot to hear music I have it on full blast just to hear it comfortably fu€k these glass don’t waste your time or money
Complete waste of money and time
Very bad quality of sound. Quite bad fits a face. They don't respond to emails. And it is very difficult to return the piece. Not recommended.
Do not buy
Glasses are crap do not buy. Tight on head. Broke putting on. wont fix less then 1 month old. Cheap plastic frame. Not worth the money. Wait till someone else does it better.
They don't respond to emails
They don't respond to emails and have no phone number. Waisted money on theses and they don't even work. No one has returned my countless emails about exchanging my glasses that never worked. Now I just want my money and to be done with this horrible company
Total misrepresentation
Total misrepresentation. Crappy product. Does not work at all!
It cuts out. You have to turn it way down so it cant be heard by other people.
It does what it supposed to do
It does what it supposed to do. If I want to complain, I can complain, however it is doing what it is supposed to do.
It is sunglass, and music comes out good.
And they answered my email pretty soon when I had some query.
I don't understand what people were …
I don't understand what people were expecting from Kickstarter, but let me tell you this. I've backed Kickstarter campaigns since Pebble 1 and among all the campaigns, this is one of few that I actually think pulled off pretty well. The updates were constant and they did deliver reasonable product to backers way earlier than any other projects. You know, some projects take like years. I mean like 5+ years... But they delivered a physical good within a year. The product itself is like a prototype in fact. However, don't get me wrong on this. It is useful and serves what this company mentioned it will be used.
Obviously, it has a room for improvements. Still, I was amazed by the quality they pulled out eventually.
This is the worst product i ever …
This is the worst product i ever experienced. I e-mailed them many times and they never replied for a refund. I'm going to take a legal action against them. This company is a total scam!
Please do not buy this product!!!
