Generally the experience was good, however I tried to add an additional sum to an existing fixed rate bond on maturity. This was returned to me as it did not come from my nominated account. This just made the transaction more complicated and time consuming. Dealing with your bank should be easy and quick, so all hindrances should be removed.

I got a very good rate on my investment and there was no problem with any transactions. I will invest with Wyelands again.

Wyelands Bank gives me a good rate of interest in today's terms and it is also paid on time every month. And unlike most other banks I have invested with they don't bother me or hassle me with numerous meaningless communications and emails.

Haven’t actually used their services other than opening a savings account. However the process was smooth and I got. Good savings interest rate.

We have an investment with Wyelands Bank and so far everything has gone very well. It is due to expire early next year and we will then know the full picture.

Competitive interest rate for instant access ISA. Easy to set up online account. Online queries answered quickly. I haven’t yet tried to withdraw money yet but all looks to be in place for when I need to do that.
