I'm happy with the product (Kerala…

I'm happy with the product (Kerala Ladies Peru trousers), so happy I went on to buy a second pair. They were a great price as they were in the clearance offer. I would have given 5 stars, but gave 4 as I emailed Wylie's and left a voicemail and I had no response to either. I wanted to know whether Keela are true to size. As I didn't hear back, I ordered one pair and waited till they arrived before ordering a second pair. This resulted in me paying twice for postage. Had I had a response, I would have been able to order both pairs at the same time and only pay once for postage. So disappointing not to get a response from the company, and to say I paid £5.99 for express delivery, the trousers took 5 days to arrive (but there was a bank holiday, so perhaps that is why). Overall, I'm happy with the product.

There was a slight issue with my order

There was a slight issue with my order, so Drew contacted me immediately to resolve - so great Customer Service/ availability, very friendly and helpful too. My order arrived really quickly. Very pleased with my purchase. Would Def recommend.

Aggressive and rude. Poor comms. No item. Awful experience overall

Ordered 25th Feb. No update after my order. No reply to my email after a few days. Opened PayPal case, seller refunded 6th March with no reason given.

Ordered again 18th March, giving benefit of the doubt for my first order. The status hadn't updated for a couple of days, so I emailed, which Drew replied to point me in the direction of the tracking, which still showed "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel".

I asked again on Friday 24th March if it was likely to be with me this week, and explained that it didn’t show as dispatched. I didn’t hear back for the best part of 2 working days, so decided to open a PayPal claim, as I felt this was sufficient time.

I didn’t get a response to the claim, and then received an email asking how my order went and to leave feedback. I left what I believe is fair feedback. Seller then tried to phone me immediately but I was unable to answer.

I messaged asking for a refund on 30th March, then escalated the claim to PayPal.

Drew phoned me again on 30th March after my PayPal claim, and advised me that my feedback was unreasonable, and that he had confirmation on the DPD tracking that it had been dispatched. Drew was adamant that it was now my responsibility, as I had chosen for the item to be left in my safe place. The item wasn't, and still isn't, showing as actually having been dispatched, only that DPD have the order details.

I asked for confirmation that it had actually been dispatched as Drew claimed he had this, and Drew became very aggressive on the phone and then we lost connection.

Drew explained that he is short-staffed and working long hours, and that on the website it states similar and to be patient with orders. I couldn’t see this.

I also explained that I didn't have a reply to my second email, similar to first order.

I understand that it must be very hard to run a business when short-staffed, but that does not make your call and attitude towards a customer acceptable. I asked for the confirmation of dispatch, and you wanted to go over all the events that we had discussed already.

Confirmation of order details is NOT confirmation that the item has been dispatched. Tracking does not show as having been sent, in transit, delivery attempted. No status update since 20th March. No item in safe place (DPD leave a status for that and a photo, too).

All in all, an awful experience and I will not be buying from this seller again.

You'll notice how there's little to no apology or admission of wrong doing from any of this companies replies.

Very easy to pass the blame and make excuses for them. And when the owner was caught out, he throws in the old "oh I'm working 100 hours" or "oh I didn't get that message, maybe it went to junk". Excuse after excuse. There's a reason for all the negative feedback!

If this review helps one person steer clear of this company I'll be happy. Shop elsewhere guys! Oh, and I didn't pay more elsewhere...I bought my replacement from Tamarack Outdoors and actually received it!

when a customer has an issue we do do everything we can to resolve that issue. Even if it does mean replacing an order at our exspence. It is ou responsibility to ensure goods arrive safe and sound.

In this particular case laim was quite difficult to help because before his order was 3 days late all we had from him is an email asking if his order had been dispatched to which we responded with confirmation and reiterated his tracking number. A week later we open at 9am to find he had sent us a email accusing us of lying to him regarding dispatch, opened a paypal case, and esculated that case between 7am and 9am. Before we had any opertunity to look into this further. We called him up and Liam acussed us of lying to him over 16 time in under half an hour. Dispite providing proof of processing, packing and his order dispatch. To which Liam disregarded the info because his screen shots said "fulfiled" rather than "dispatched" in our system. After several attempts at explaining Fullfiled is a status given to orders that have been sucsesfully paid for, picked, packed, and dispatched.

It is not unreasonable to ask the customer if they have checked the tracking themselves before taking any form of further action. Particularly if a customer requests an item to be left in a safe place.

Regreitly because Liam had chosen to esculate his claim we would not send out a replacment and resolve his issue the fastest way possible.

Postage delays or other related issues do happen from time to time. We are experienced in resolving these kinds of issues in a timely and professional manner.

Unfortunaly Liam was just imposible to help. Rather than allowing us to resolve the issue in a couple of days time. He is still waiting on the outcome of a Paypal case a couple of weeks down the line and spent more for the same item elsewhere.

Its regretable there was a small issue, a very easy issue to resolve, if Liam had chosen to handle things diffrently we are confident that he would have had his issue resolved in under 48 working hours.

Great service

Placed an order and straight away got in contact with me due to a slight issue. Sorted it out very quickly and dispatched order which arrived the next day. Nice personal touch contacting me and offering alternatives and really rate their ethic!
