Excellent support services! Although I had some difficulties to install the product my experience is very good. I received support very fast and finally I have what I wanted.

They were a couple hours late in delivering the activation code, but it finally went right and win 11 is running ok in my computer. Communication would be an issue to improve, but they are good sellers.

Great seller, very helpful and responsive. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Total scam, bought a license there, no reply and no key from the seller, you can not even open a dispute. Avoid at all cost

A complete failure. You can only figure out where to poke after 5 minutes, I bought the game, the key does not fit my account because of the region (russia) on the site there is no usual refund button, you have to look for where to click to refund the money (there is no such button) in the end I lost $ 8 and I understand that I was fuckked up!

I bought a key that doesn't work because it wasn't from my region but from the CIS. Even though there's a 30-day warranty, they won't refund my money or replace the key with one from the European Union. If I'd spent 5 euro, that would have been fine, but I spent 33 euro. It's a scandal that they're stealing my money. I don't recommend this pseudo-game key store.

Such a crazy system. I payed 13 euros for a game, and it had 2 hours to be verified. They refunded it after. And the to select another game i thought lemme add some more money. So i made bank payment for 10 euros and waited whole day for verification. After verifying the funds they gave it to my account balance. So i ordered the game through their website balance and guess what ? I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET VERIFYIED.

Bought a key marked “CIS (without RU)” with no explanation or country list. Key doesn’t work in my region, and support just repeats copy-paste responses. No refund offered. Zero accountability.

Update: I added a critical comment also from another account (I've already deleted it) because I'm shocked that in the 21st century when we finally came to normalization of online shopping, I suddenly felt cheated like in a 3rd world country. Besides, how does that relate to the fact that you yourself delete (or sellers delete) negative comments about purchases on your site? is that fair? Luckily I have them archived in the form of screenshots.
SCAM ALERT! This website tolerate the operation of a store/stores on your website, which has 14 negative opinions out of 20 and they don't care about it. The method of fraud is described below:
Guy's whole business idea is to rip people off. His keys are sold at good prices, but there's one catch. They can be activated in the CIS region. CIS region is not a commonly used term to define a region of the world (like EMEA, APAC, AMER). What does a 30-day guarantee mean if you are unable to accept a return when the purchased product does not work? I think this is a deliberate action aimed at deceiving people. According to EU law, every buyer has the right to return a product (including digital - if it has not been activated) within 14 days (without giving a reason). This person does not respect this law. If someone feels aggrieved in this case, please email enzcodesscam [at] gmail.com
