My purchase was invalid
My purchase was invalid. I wasted 4 days trying to get help and when I contacted them for reimbursement I received no response.
I have tried to sort out the issue with the seller, however I continue to get no resolution.
I am unable to activate the product, I am being asked for an ID code - I was given a key code with purchase, which is obviously not the same. I have asked 3x for the ID code and they have come back each time asking me for the ID code.
