Spent £5 on a some 14p tickets. Got an instant win of £200, with the choice of cash or £220 of site credit. Got the email to claim straight away. Sent them my details and money in my account the same day. No hassle and nice and quick. Defo recommend buying a few tickets.

On the 7th of January, there was a draw for multiple competitions, but they didn't bother to film all of them. They only filmed the draw for the Audi and announced the winners of the other competitions on their website. Additionally, there was a £1,000 cash competition that was never drawn. I have purchased tickets, which serve as my proof. Nowhere on their website or Facebook page is there any mention of this competition. I wrote to them on Facebook, but they didn't bother to answer.

Entered for an evo today and luckily got an instant win of £500, got an email straight away telling me I had won and what the next steps are and how to claim it, sent bank details over within an hour or so the money was in my account, will continue to use x-clusive competitions

I’ve used this competition site on and off for a couple years. Very good and very responsive team. I’ve won a couple times on small things, I even won £50 cash today on an instant win. They had it paid into my bank immediately! Would highly recommend these guys.

Results for instant ticket wins were never shown, and no way of checking once purchase process was complete. No response from customer services when asked about the issue or given opportunity to address concerns.
Don't have a good IT system compared to competitors..

Been using XC for around 4 years now and even though I’ve not won a car yet, have had many other smaller wins from site credit to cash.

Genuinely nice bunch, really easy to deal with, and recently when I had an issue with my account they sorted it immediately and gave me some free site credit as a New year gift.

The new app is slick and looking forward to using it after a small break when the app and website was down and going through a refresh.
