Communication needs attention. Also the process of having to chase them to claim a prize seems a bit odd. Most the competition contact you. The website went down for maintenance and still have orders processing since it was relaunched. Previously any instant wins you could check instantly. Now the only way of finding out is checking my emails from them.

Won £500 on an instant win, absolutely buzzing! Money was transferred within a few hours. Amazing guys thanks so much! 🤩

Was regularly entering competitions however since the site went down, my online wallet has disappeared. This is from winnings of site credit. I had about £40 which I was saving to use on a worthy competition. If thousands of others had money in their online wallet, imagine the money they made from just making it all disappear and giving the excuse the website went down. No announcement either regarding this. Reported and emails sent to various media outlets to highlight the practice of this company.

I find this company honest & reliable. I've not experienced any problems with their site as others have mentioned here but understand a new site is under construction. I entered one of their free draws & won & the winnings were in my account promptly considering it's the Christmas break. Keep up the good work.

I have been trying to enter the competition for the BMW M3 for over an hour. The site was continually down and only came back 2 minutes before the end of the competition. It then took my items out of my basket because the competition was closed. If you want to make money, fix your website as this is not the first time that this has happened!
