I recently passed the Level 6 Award course with Xenon and the support I was provided from them was great. Sue Morris was very professional and always available when required. I would recommend them and I will be looking to start another course very soon.

I have just completed my Level 4 IWFM certificate and couldnt be happier. The support I received from Karen and Sue was absolutely brilliant and I have learnt so much along the way. Karen was my tutor and supported me along the process and was just brilliant. I would highly recommend carrying out training with Xenon.

I completed my Level 5 Certificate last year and moved onto the Level 6 Award, which I have recently completed. The webinars are great, and combined with the excellent support you get from your tutor and the course materials and additional resources, they really do give you everything you need to be able to achieve!

Distance learning with Xenon enabled me to study at my own pace and fit it in around my current commitments. Sue my tutor was very supportive an always ready to help and give guidance. I found the webinars especially helpful. I would heartly recommend this team for your FM training needs.

I undertook the qualify in a week level 4 award and found Xenon's delivery of the in person course to be very good. So, when undertaking the diploma they were the obvious choice, all be it this time it was delivered via distance learning.
The website and material are very good and easy to use. The tutors are quick to respond and offer good advice and support.
If you are motivated and are currently working in, or looking to get into the facilities management industry then this course will develop your skills and give you a real understand of the depth that the industry covers.
If I am to undertake a level 5 then it will most certainly be with Xenon.

Level six certificate passed (remote learning) but I wouldn’t have achieved it without the assistance and encouragement of my tutor and the course materials were really helpful. Portal was really easy to use and I would recommend Xenon to all looking to further their career’s within FM.

I found this course extremely good. The materials (workbooks) provided were clear and comprehensive, and the availability of attending workshops and being able to listen to online recorded delivery from previous courses was brilliant. Responses to emails was quick if I had any questions and I was therefore able to complete a Level 4 Certificate in a much quicker time than allowed. I would definitely recommend Zenon Group as a training deliverer.

I completed the IWFM level 4 award in a week with Xenon. The tutor knew his subject extremely well and gave us methods of retaining the information ready for the exams and end of week review.
I would recommend this for busy professionals who don't want to drag a course out over a couple of years.

If you are searching for an institution for facilities management training and a recognised iwfm qualification, look no further. Xenon academy is as good as you can get. I would highly recommend The Xenon Group as a training provider. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and supportive, particularly given the requirement to train long distance. I would certainly want to take part in further training.
