Good products and prices
Good products and prices. When I returned some items, the Austrian post somehow lost track of the parcel, but xlmoto's customer support was very helpful and refunded the goods few days later.

I was really looking forward to receiving this package.
Unfortunately, there have been issues with the delivery, and it still hasn’t arrived.
I know this isn’t your fault or due to your service, but I’m still disappointed.
For this reason, I haven’t paid for the item yet – but I would still like to reorder it and have it sent to me again.
