Shipping took a while but quality is very good. I will never buy from temu or alixpress or any other chinese merchant because they are same price or more expensive and veryyyy bad quality. XLMoto didnt dissapoint me at all!

Everything went smooth, no surprises, no additional costs ( customs declarations), excellent quality. It could have been better with the shipping time but still arrived as it was ordered.

Wrong Visor
Contrary to the product images, the helmet was delivered with the wrong visor. Customer service is being unreasonable.

I asked advice about the size of a…
I asked advice about the size of a helmet and I received a very vague and weak answer. In my opinion, the product specialist had no idea about the product and they answered just to not leave my question open. Very disappointing. It ended that I had to return to helmet 2 times.
