Items arriving from outside Switzerland have a massive additional import and tax cost from the shipping provider (double digit % price adder)

Taxes are already include in the price. Our customer should not pay any extra import taxes.

Mixed feelings
The shipping of the item to switzerland was in a resonable time. My problems started when the product was defective. It took 2 weeks of back and forth to finally get a refund. They could improve it with just getting it solved faster and not making the customer go through so many obstacles.

We are very happy with the products and price. The shipping time is a little slow but that is stated on the order so is fine.
The reason I did not give 5 stars was because the shipping box had fell apart in transit and we were very lucky not to have lost some of the items.

Bad instructions on the website about…
Bad instructions on the website about if the product is approved to use in the country you live. Selling stuff without the right papers so not usable on the vehicle. Customer service reaction was that I as an Customer should know and be aware of it and they don't have any responsibility while selling it in the country. After research on the web I found alot of complains about this in Switserland so the company knows but don't care to much. Strange way of taking care of that and very unpleasant experience like this. Didn't order at an website that showed to be from another country but meanwhile get the excuse that they are not responsible because they are not a Swiss Company. My last response they don't even answer, just ignored. Rude.
