Good, but the delivery is slower for order in swtizerland.

Payed with twint , traced the package with the swiss post ,received a week later , very good price , no extra taxes .

I ordered two jackets and it took around one week to deliver, which is acceptable. Status updates via link in mail...
One small downside: initial order mail was filtered by spam filter. Apart from that, great shopping experience

Extremely slow shipping just to save a bit of money?

Three business days after ordering an the order was still just marked as "acknowledged". Additionally, there is no way to speed up the shipping process even if you are willing to pay any extra fees. The Prices of the products are definitely really good but with a two week shipping time I can also order the same parts even cheaper from China... I will in the future rather pay a bit more in order to get a fairly quick delivery. There is much potential for improvement but once adressed, I am sure XLmoto can compete more effectively within the market.

Quality and fast shipping and price was perfect

The prices and product availability are quite good, and there are no surprises with hidden import costs etc. But on the downside the shipping is incredibly slow (more than a week for the package just to be prepared, then another week for it to get there by economy mail...) and the return process is even slower, having to go through another company who then returns the items for you, it doesn't inspire much trust as I've never seen any other side to this, and It's crazy slow and offers no possibility to exchange an item if it's the wrong size. I got a leather jacket in M, took more than 2 weeks to arrive, it's too small because the site doesn't care to mention if it's the "regular" or "body fit" version, by the time my return is received and refunded so I can order a new one it will have taken almost 2 MONTHS to get a jacket... Another thing, the website for Switzerland always shows up in German. You try to change language, it brings you to other countries sites. So you're stuck with German even though the site clearly exists in other languages. This means every email and communication is in German too, making the whole process even more tedious.

This is my 4th order with XLMoto after trying 3 other online motorcycle parts and accessories dealer. The prices are reasonable and the delivery times are very speedy. The descriptions are clear and I always get exactly what I ordered. I will always cme back.
