Mostly good, but don’t trust delivery times
Mostly good, prices are good. Have done several orders and mostly OK. One poor experience where the postage time was much too long, the arrival took 4 weeks instead of two. They refused a refund and said they couldn’t change the order when it hadn’t even shipped yet. This was clearly a lie. It was then quickly updated to say shipped after I complained but it actually shipped several days after that. A bit deceitful which really annoyed me.

Need to file a formal chargeback to get your refund!
I rarely return goods but this was by far my worst experience. Shipped a helmet back on 14.3., XLMoto confirmed the arrival on 30.3.
Their website said that returns are usually processed on the same day or within in two weeks maximum. I sent two emails on 5.4. and 20.4. asking for updates and both times got the identical reply "we just received it and will process asap...". I then set a deadline of another week, no reply, no refund. On 2.5., I set a final deadline of another week or would formally initiate a chargeback with my credit card provider. No reaction.
I then finally filed the official chargeback form (big effort) on 8.5. Et voilà, the day after they processed my return and refund arrived on 11.5..
Behavior to lose customers!

The worst e-shopping experience I ever had. Ordered an electric balance bike amped10 for my son, after checking availability with customer service… revieved the wrong one… had to wait almost 2 month to get back my money, after almost daily mails to customer service. And at least they were not even able to send me the proper bike I ordered because they never had it really. Ali express , Amazon, or any chineese webshop would have been a better option. Don’t loose your time and run away from that shop. Not reliable at all.
Despit the fake information you add under my coment, I got refund yes but it was on the 8 of December, after another email I sent you and without informing me at all. Again a good exemple of your behavior.
EDIT: It looks like you are more concerned by your reputation than to satisfy your clients, I never ever had so fast reply from your company in the same day… at least it was a mistake from me and I have updated my coment regarding the time that the process took.
Regarding the refund I have the proof of what I say and as I can not attach it here, I can also drop some line with picture on your Facebook page if needed to remind you the truth.
Anyway, you are selling things that you never have in stock, you make clients wait almost 2 month to clean your own mistake, and you continu to have a really bad behaviour after such a mess.
I don’t want to use some bad word here but I have some choice words in my mind to qualify your attitude.
Regardless I will not continu to coment your edit in here, and as I say, and as I have collected full message and details of this situation, I will next time drop it on FB or somewhere I can attach the proof of your incompetence and disrespect for clients.
« we are sorry and we apologize… » would have been enough and you could have save time to take care of your clients instead.

They had a promotion of 10% discount.
They had a promotion of 10% discount.
The discount code didn't work.
When I wrote them, it took them long time to answer me, and I already placed an order.
Their answer was that this code is not valid and there is a new code. (they updated the promotion ad on the website after my mail).
They were not willing to compensate me for their mistake.
