overall the expereince was good
overall the expereince was good, it could be better while since you deal online, you can not try as if in shops. The Postal charges you take for returned products is somewhat not Good. Duration of money back is long though you did Nice by sending mail and followed by transfering the cash soon (3 weeks)
I will shop more from you. But you should take it in consideration

Delivery too long for a purchase and delivery in the same country, Part not at all OEM or close to OEM quality, obviously a Cheap Chinese Knock off. Not recommended.

It’s a good website with good prices. The only down site is slower delivery time.

No phone customer service. Lied about stock. Package "lost" and refused to send a new one.
First order got "lost" in the swiss post. Calling the post office they told me it was actually never given to them.
Then they claimed it couldn't resend the item with the original discount because it was "out of stock", but it was still possible to buy it online with a new order, just without any discount code.
Customer service via phone is not existent.
Utterly ridicolous.

Very good website, great products, offers with discounts and fast delivery
This website offers not just a good range of products but a great price and even better variety and amount of pictures for every item. That really helps to evaluate the details from different angles, etc. I got everything delivery on time within a good packaging too. I recommend this company.

And no information, no at all..
I have always thé same message Telling me than they will contact me where thé order will get out from the warehous.

Disappointed
The packaging was really bad. Not the transporter fault, but you're in cause; The big one was ok, but inside packages were already opened, knee sliders were on each side. First aid kit box was opened. It's a detail, but gives a bad impression. Paddock stand looks cheap but does the job. Can go for the front and the back of the bike ! Carpet is really big and does the job.
I hope I'll never have to use first aid kit..but it looks good. I won't order on this website again, because every "original price" is way too high, for everything. Tyres, helmet, gloves, original prices are b*llshit. Looks a bit like a dropshipping website. (I know it isn't, but looks like)
Delivery time was 2 weeks, ordered on black friday
