Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service. I ordered an item in US dollars from the US website. It needed to be returned to Poland for a refund. The item has been stuck with Polish customs for 2 months and my shipping provider has requested assistance from XL Moto to have it released. XL Moto have refused to help, I don’t speak Polish and I am now out of pocket $500 for a jacket I do not have. Had I known I was ordering from Poland I would never have placed the order.

Fabolous prices and great value for it!

Fabolous prices and great value for it.
bought several pairs of pants and jackets, a helmet, a stand...
everything was like in description or better.
Fast shipping always surprises me and I love that I'm updated about shipping progress :)

Not received my purchase for almost a month

They were very fast until i paid my order and after this notting happens. They order is handed to dhl and nothing else. For example my order from China to Europe is almost here. In conclusion, don't purchase from this site, better donate this money to someone in need!

Misleading title

The stuff I ordered were in box. It had a big hole. I don't know how something didn't fall off. The title of the item: "Proworks Toolbox 49-X3 Retro Graphics" is misleading. I thought it was a toolbox with retro graphics. They were only stickers without the box. I think that the title is misleading. The other stuff were fine and in good shape regardless of the box that they were packed in.

I am an overseas customer

I am an overseas customer, and I asked for an invoice that will comply with FTA agreement. However, your representative refused to issue a proper FTA invoice saying you do not provide such service. It is a hugh drawback to overseas customers. I had to pay about $50 tax when I bought only $160 from XLMOTO. And this is only because XLMOTO didn't want to provide a proper document which is really easy to make.

Bad Service

I spoke with customer service before buying an exhaust kit, they told me it would fit my motorcycle so I bought it. It was supposed to be delivered within 1 month I waited 2 more weeks after, and told me they were having problems with suppliers, so I asked for a refund but then magically I started to get shipping updates and the kit was sent. After another week I get my item delivered and when my mechanic started the installation it wasn't the correct kit they sold me a 2012/2016 when I was very clear that my motorcylce is a 2021. I ended up spending more money in a custom adapter.
