Everything I ordered was of high to excellent quality, when I did have issues with sizes etc, those issues were promptly dealt with and refunds were back in my account quickly.

In my opinion, the ordered goods should be sent the next day at the latest.

Arvioitu saapumisaika tilauksellesi oli tiistaina 13 kesä - perjantaina 16 kesä ja Postin seurannan mukaan olit saanut paketin 16 kesäkuuta.
Näet arvioidun toimitusajan aina kassalla, ennen maksamista.

The package arrived as agreed and at the agreed time, and the product was also correct. I will deduct one star for the exceptionally long delivery time. The product I ordered was in stock, but still the estimated time when the package will be ready for shipping was 8 days. My package was sent from the warehouse 7 days after placing the order. After placing the order, it took 2 weeks for package to arrive at the pick-up point. I think that's quite long time.

Good products and quality, unfortunately the size didn't fit even though other products of the same size do, so only option was to send the product back and get refund, though i still have lost the shipping fees.

Pretty grabby return policy
Business practices of XLmoto are not pretty. Ordered a couple of things, used a discount code (-10e off 50). One of the order's items was motorcycle helmet, a cheaper kind of their own brand. Helmet didn't fit at all, too small, even though it was ordered in one size bigger (XL instead of L), so I sent it back. Got a refund and charged official return fee + the discount code sum. First time I encounter such a weird practice, do not recommend ordering anything you might want to wear from these guys.

Good gear and service, rubbish website
Good selection of gear with reasonable prices, but often the popular sizes are sold out. Vey quick dispatch and delivery. Webpage ok-ish to use, but I can frustratingly see the product reviews only written in Finnish (live in Finland) and not in other languages, which means that not that many items have any written reviews. Please fix this!
