Transportation in Amsterdam is very easy and there are three different bus and tram station around the hotel. That was perfect. There is a big market across so that you could meet your needs easily. The room was good and staff was nice. The room was clean. I would stay again.

A bit grubby and very smelly!
The location was a bit further out than I thought and it felt a bit dodgy, especially as the main entrance door is locked, you have to ring the bell to enter in broad daylight when we arrived, and use your keycard then once you check in.
The location was grubby with many unkempt properties around it.
The good side was that the public transport is right outside the hotel.
I had 2 rooms for our party of 4. Both rooms were very small. One room had a big pillar randomly in the centre of the room which made it even smaller.
Both rooms had a very heavy cigarette smell that even transferred to our clothes. One room had cigarette stains burnt into the bathroom sink.
The bed linen was clean, but the towels had certainly seen better days and were quite small.
The TV in one room was held together with sticky tape.
The carpets felt grubby and there were obvious stains on sections.
The long narrow hallway was unmaintained with stained wallpaper. It was awkward navigating the hallway if you met another person.
I dont think I would recommend this place, and I certainly would not stay there again, it was certainly below what I consider a 3 star.

The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
The staff is really helpful.

I stayed here for a week and I have in XO Hotel İnfinity, first time in the city really enjoyed my stay, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable. The only negative is that room no iron. I should add the transport links are amazing, bus straight from the airport outside the door, we took 369 to from the airport so no taxi needed. Also the 21 bus stops the other side of the road taking you straight to centrum in 25 minutes.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, comfortable mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom. We couldn’t hear anything from the hallway or neighboring rooms, but through the window you can really hear everything – trams, noise from nearby pubs, and the general liveliness of the area. Still, it was manageable and we would happily stay here again.
We opted to skip housekeeping at check-in, but the cleaners came in anyway :) Otherwise, everything was OK, thank you.

It was further from the city centre than I had thought, but public transportation was very close (1-2 minute walk). The sheets were weird and not fitted so every time I moved the shits messed up which was annoying. The water was nice and hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I have no complaints , hotel staff were vey friendly and helpful, the room was spotless clean and beds were very comfortable. Great heating system in the room and the shower was nice too. Great location too as bus and tram stops were directly outside the hotel. Lots of food places around the area too. It was a perfect stay. the hotel staff was great, the room had everything we needed. It was warm since it was February, that was a plus! the location was also great, it was close to bus stops, tram stops and metro.
