Hotelspecials good - Hotel Never again!
Hotelspecials.be was easy to use, good price.
But the hotel: Ibis Charleroi Centre Gare – never again.
The room was tiny and, worst of all, really dirty. Bodily fluids on the outside of the wardrobe, dust everywhere (even on the TV), and the interior is old and not clean. The bed is terrible to sleep on. No extra blanket, and the room was freezing; the small heater was broken and could barely stand upright. The shower was full of other people’s hair. Not even glasses by the sink.
The only plus is the location next to the station. But this is a disgrace for the Ibis name.
