Totally flawless work.
A man called Dave fixed my bumper recently after someone drove into the back of me. There were lots of scratches and some small dents. On collection I asked if it was a new bumper and was told it was repaired. The work is flawless and its incredible how its done. I would highly recommend using this company and would do so myself again if needed. My one gripe is nothing to do with the actual quality and service provided on the repair, its that at the Milton Keynes centre there are zero signs anywhere telling you that you are at the right place. Its so frustrating driving up and down Dawson road and eventually having to pull over and speak to someone to help you find it. It would probably cost 30 to 40 quid to get a sign fixed to the fence on the road guiding people in. Apparently lots of people complain about this. Maybe someone who can sign off 40 quid should start listening.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. They were told at the last minute that the tarmac on the car park at Morrisons was being repolaced the day I was booked in for repair. They organised everything so that the job could be done elsewhere. The technician was great - he previously worked for Porsche - he did a fantastic job abd in just a few hours. I think this firm will take over the repair business - it is so much better than anytjing I have previously experienced. Could not recommend enough.

New rear bumper with Parking Sensors fitted
Had a new bumper fitted today by Dave from the Xpress Centre Chelmsford. Brilliant guy and absolutely stellar service - explained everything he had done and even had it done within an hour and a half (Which for a complete Audi Bumper replacement is fast!) Neat bumper repair.
Dave repaired a split and scraped bumper very neatly at the Xpress Centre at Wembley Tesco. I thought that the whole bumper would have to be replaced and was pleased to be proved wrong.
I've knocked a star off as the repair had to be rescheduled at short notice.

Jazz Technician Thurrock
Just had my car repaired today and the Technician JAZZ WAS AMAZING

I have used Xpress Centres three times now, not always my fault but regardless, I cannot fault them. Their work has been always excellent and their prices are competitive. Hopefully I’ll never need to use them again (although it is likely), but I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I took my car to the Romford branch to repair a 1.5cm dent on my front bonnet, having read positive reviews about Xpress Centres from other customers. I also liked the fact that they had a dedicated enclosed workshop and felt this would help in delivering a good quality repair. However, what followed was a joke. The quoted 5 hour repair job took less than 2 hours to complete and what I was presented with was a visible circular mark where the repair had been carried out, and a half (badly) polished bonnet. In addition, the technician managed to scratch other parts of the bonnet, wing and bumper in his rush to complete the job. I immediately raised this with Xpress Centres, providing photo evidence, and they booked me in for “rectification” work.
A few weeks later, the car went in again. Same technician. Whilst reworking the bonnet and repairing the scratches he had created during the initial repair, he somehow managed to get overspray over several parts of the car, which left a matt and cloudy finish. So now the car looked worse than it was to begin with.
Another complaint to Xpress Centres with photo evidence followed. To be fair to the Customer Service team, they got back quickly, apologised for the substandard work and booked me in for another round of rectification. This time they assigned one of their managers to carry out the work.
This is where this review ends and I’m basing my score on the 2 episodes with this particular technician. Read my second review, as it was night and day in terms of experience and outcome. The technician needs some retraining to not only improve the quality of his work, but to also understand that customers pay good money to have their car repaired, not to rush the work and take better care of the vehicle. All this hassle for a small dent on the bonnet.
