Xpress centre and their guy Gary were excellent.
Xpress centre were excellent all round getting a quote and a date for the work was quick and efficient, their guy Gary at Tesco car park in Edinburgh did a terrific job and was really friendly and helpful even to the point of finding my dog a bowl of water, it was a really hot day. The work was done for a really good price especially when you look at the quality of Gary's work. A great job all round, I would highly recommend Xpress Centre.

Excellent repair like new
Excellent service right from the initial contact on line to actual quote and phone call with Pete.
Every thing was explained in detail price,repair, location, timings etc.
Repair was excellent the operative was polite friendly insisted I inspect on completion, car was returned in clean condition inside and out made sure I was happy with completed work before I drove away.
Hope in good way not to have to use again but would with no hesitation should the need arise highly recommended

Awful experience always blaming or…
Awful experience always blaming or passing over to other departments, repairers contact number left with us once called was greeted with an abusive and aggressive rant from his wife. Job booked in and deposit paid then suddenly cancelled saying we hadn’t paid the deposit even with proof we had. Wouldn’t ever go near this company again, my partner has been reduced to tears with anxiety after the repairers wife’s phone call.

After taking my Honda Civic in on
28 June 2021 paint work has about 20+ fisheyes in area painted after taking my car back the guy called his manager and I’m still waiting for contact back two weeks later.

It’s really satisfying to discover a new service that fills a huge hole in the market (in this case over-priced and over-busy bodyshops). And it’s even better when that service is really excellent.
Everything about my Xpress experience was excellent ; the original communication with the office, the work itself (looks like new) and of course the price and the time it took, (a fraction of the £££s my dealership wanted, and a few hours, not a few days). Everyone who has a bump should get in touch with Xpress before anyone else.

Unfortunately my experience with this company wasn’t great.
Had to deal with Craig Lynes with booking my car in. He wasn’t very professional with his emails. Was more like text messages to a mate rather then an email from a company and have to say wasn’t very helpful with trying to get my car booked in. When I got to Bournemouth centre they were really helpful and did an amazing and quick job. Just a shame Craig Lynes was so poor at his job and had to put a downer on my experience.

Great service
Though the unit near me which I had used previously was closed. The phone call I made started the ball rolling and although it was a bank holiday Two days later my repair was done at my local unit in four hours.
Great service I would recommend for any bodywork needs.
