I went to Sutton Xpress Centre. Dave was looking after my car. He fixed the rear bumper as I had a small crack, a scratch and the paint had peeled off in one place. The finish was perfect. He did a great job. High quality services very good communication. I am very happy with a result, I would definitely recommend the centre to the other drivers.

Excellent service
I recently booked my car in for repair after a car drive into the back of me and caused some minor damage.. I was very pleased with the level of service and speed of repair. It was repaired at the Tesco chelmsford site and would recommend this company without hesitation.

The technicians at the New Malden…
The technicians at the New Malden branch were professional and courteous. They even detected that the car I purchased from a reputable dealer, in good faith, had previous damage which was undisclosed to me. With this knowledge, I am now able to inform trading standards and pursue a claim against the dealership.

Very pleased!! I’m really impressed with the standard of work carried out, it looks great. Amazed it was done in a day as well, so efficient. Eddie was a star, he went above and beyond to accommodate me, his service was impeccable. From the home inspection, to making sure I got my hire car on time, to even coming in early so I could pick up my vehicle before 8am. He really went the extra mile and demonstrated wonderful customer service - with a smile on his face too. Any work I need in the future I’ll be back for sure.

Great if only....
Not sure if anything could have been done about it but, the fact I had to travel to Xpress in Bedford from Leighton Buzzard to pick up my courtesy car, and take it all the way back was a bind.
Would have been impressed if my car could have been picked up and returned to my home.
Other than that I found all other matters very good and would have given 5 stars for any other aspect of the customer relationship.

Effortless experience!
I was contacted by the Xpress customer service team within 24 hours of reporting the incident. Pictures of my vehicle taken and emailed by myself and Xpress quickly confirmed that they could repair. My vehicle was booked in for an appointment within 5 days of the incident.
Dropped the car off and collected the keys to the courtesy vehicle at 08:30, and I had a call at 14:00 to say the work was completed.
The bodywork was repaired and painted to a very high standard. There were significant & deep scratches + a decent size dent. There is no evidence of the repair.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish (minus the selfish person that crashed in to my car and left the scene). I would highly recommend Xpress Centres, specifically the Leamington Spa branch.

Excellent and very professional service.
I would like to pass comments on the excellent service that I received at the Enfield branch.
I sent photos of the scuff on the rear bumper of my car in the evening and received a competitive quote from Pete Farrell first thing the following morning. I booked the car into the Centre for 08.00 on the 22nd April. On arrival at the Centre I was greeted by Dominic (the technician) who explained the process along with an estimated collection time. Four hours latter and bang on estimated time I was back on the road. The colour match and standard of finish is excellent. Thanks Dominic for a superb paint repair job.
I would certainly recommend Express Centres.
