I have only given a one star rating because:-
Despite the fact that the work was extremely well done by your technician you still haven't sent me an invoice. The work has been payed for, on the day the work was done, and an invoice was promised for the next day.
Since then I've made repeated telephone request to your customer service team. Each request was answered with' Yes, I'll get that done', but still nothing after 12 days.
Not impressed with this.
Please send the invoice as a matter of urgency.
You know where to send it, so no excuse.

Quick, friendly and good value
From initial enquiry to finished job in 7 days. The website was clear on the need for images, uploaded without a problem. Received an email from Pete within minutes clarifying a couple of points (16:47 in the afternoon) , quote was with me before 8:30 the next morning.
Booking process was sorted out over the phone and a deposit taken.
Clear information on what next steps were, arrived at the centre and everything was ready to go.
Technician clearly explained what the process was, when I should expect a call and told me everything is kept recorded for the lifetime guarantee all linked to the car details.
I hope I don’t need to, but if I do end up needing paint repair I’d use them again.

Extremely pleased with the whole service. Pete who was the first point of contact was very helpful in arranging the repair quickly and Andy at their Exeter centre did a brilliant job much faster than I expected .They also pleasantly surprised me as they polished some minor scratches from the wing which i wasnt expecting and Pete kept me informed the whole time. Excellent service and simple booking procedure. I sent photos of the damage and received a quote later that day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and the work itself was very well done and extremely reasonable. I hope I don’t need to use them again but if I do I will certainly return and have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone else.

I cannot speak highly enough of Xpress Centres.
From start to finish their standard of work and professionalism were of the highest order.
Very competitively priced, first class work and the quickest turnaround of a repair I've ever experienced.
I booked an appointment for an estimate, 30mins later I had the email quote detailing everything.
I was then offered a choice of days and times suitable to my work needs.
On the day of repair, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until I picked the car back up was just under 4 hours.
Fantastic.

Great staff - very professional and knowledgeable
I contacted Pete at Xpress Yeading about some damage to my car. He was so helpful and honest. He offered clear and helpful advice including in ways that I could manage the damage myself without needing to get work done that wasn't needed. The team at Xpress Yeading are incredibly helpful and I will be recommending them to all my friends and colleagues in the future.
