Dent repair - Cardiff
Whilst the service was great, the biggest issue was accessing the service. Initially called to boom in and was told Cardiff Xpress centre was closed with no re-opening date.
Then a couple of weeks later I was at Tesco’s and could see someone working in the Xpress centre (it’s in Tesco’s car park). So I had a chart called the head office no again to get booked in.
Can’t believe that no one took down my details and contacted me when the Cardiff centre was open again.. other than that, very happy with the service and quality of the job.

Overall excellent service
Overall excellent service, booked in first time, dropped vehicle off. I got a phone call back within 30 minutes to report unfortunately had not got the required colour / tint in stock, considering this was the first time it was inspected I accepted, Car was rebooked once correct tint obtained within 2 weeks . Car dropped off in the morning and pick up mid afternoon . The job was excellent and blended in well with the car as if nothing had happened . Customer services from booking to finished work was brilliant . Thoroughly recommended .

Stockport Xpress Centre Car.
Car collected on time and returned the same day. Shown pictures of the repair at different stages so you can be confident that job has been properly done when you are not in attendance. Door handles and bright work all stripped off doors rubbed down, sprayed and the colour match is very good. The company who had done the original job they could not match the red and arranged for Xpress to do the job. Would use again if I have a need. On returning car they fully sanitised it. Very impressed with the person who did the job very pleasant.
