1st class repair and service, would recommend
My car bumper was damaged due to a car reversing into me in a car park.
Having discussed this with my insurers they informed me that the repair would be completed by xpress centres. This is the second time my car has been damaged in a car park, both not my fault. The first repair was carried out at a usual repair garage and took over two weeks to be completed. I was initially concerned as the xpress centre was based in a Tesco car park and expected the work to take days to complete. However, when I dropped off the car I was told it would be ready that afternoon. As promised, I was contacted a few hours later to be told it was ready to be collected. The repair was first class. In addition I was even more surprised that the repair cost less than my excess, meaning I received a refund. Happy days.
Thank you xpress centres. I will be telling everyone about your first class service, excellent repairs and value for money.

5 Star Service, OEM parts and the best price
Having caught the bumper of my BMW530 on a mates low wall, I sought out repair quotes from a few places but sadly it was split right at the edge so could not be repaired simply. So it was time for new bumper.
I went to my local coachworks company and was quoted £2800, BMW main dealer quoted £1900, and Xpress Centres £1300.
The whole process with Xpress Centres was really good, having sent them some photos they asked if I could bring the car up so they could do proper inspection, this was free of charge.
When I received their quote the parts specified were all orignal and at the exact sames price as the other two quotes I had received including the one form BMW.
The main difference was the Labour and the lack of a load of spurious other charges that the local coach work company and BMW had included in their quotes.
I had never heard of Xpress Centres prior to this incident but the whole way the issue was dealt with, from the intial inspection, the quote process with Pete, and the final work which was carried out at their Enfield SIte by Geroge was a really good experience.
The work carried out apperas to be a perfect match colour wise.
The other thing that really impressed me was that Having dropped the car off to them at 8am, I had call at 11.30 confirming it was ready, and this was them removing the old bumper, stripping sensors etc, and replacing with newly painted bumper.

Excellent repair and good service
Apart from a glitch with sending photos for estimate , overall a good service.
Took my car to the Stockport location where Chris was the technician. Discussed the damage and found it reassuring that the repair was being done properly. Left my car and 5 hours later I got a call to say it was ready for collection. On collection Chris offered further detail of the repair and totally satisfied all my questions. The repaired area was like new with no evidence of the repair. I would recommend the Stockport facility for first class work and prompt service.

Went the extra mile
Exceptional service from start to finish. Technician Carl (Chorley branch) came to view damage and even spotted extra detail damage that I had missed. On the day of the repair, the courtesy car was ready, engine running, warmed up. Repair itself was superb standard, and carried out well within the time stated.
Carl is very knowledgable about the job and good customer service skills. A1 job.

From my initial visit i received the quote the same day, clarified a couple of details the next day and booked it in to be completed, 4 days later it was in, i dropped it off first thing in the morning (08:00) and they rang me to say it was ready for picking up at 12:30. Then came the painful bit, paying the bill, although the most expensive element of it was the replacement lights and they are genuine Landrover parts so cannot put this cost onto Xpress. the quality of the work is excellent and i am very pleased that the car looks like new again. I would definitely use them again (although hopefully will not have to) and would have no hesitation in recommending the Chorley branch, the people are very helpful and work quality is great.

Excellent repair and service
I have to say the service I received from Xpress Kingston Park has been first class. The technician, Alex was extremely helpful and professional from the time he assessed the vehicle damage, which I must admit I thought would be difficult to repair, to the completion of the repair. The repair took a little longer to complete but that was because he wanted to ensure the paint job was completely cured. This meant the vehicle wouldnt be ready until the following day. However, Alex offered to deliver the vehicle back to my house rather than me having to collect it. The repair was amazing; you couldn't tell there was any damage, like new. The repair was well priced at about £300; a BMW repair shop was going to charge me £1300 which included a new bumper that I actually didn't need. Based on this experience I would have no hesitation in using Xpress again. First class. Good job Alex.

Not professional, not affordable, not instant,
I arrive on site for my inspection appointment because they said my pictures were not good enough. The guy comes out the container to ask me “what do you want”.. Great service from the start.
A clip is missing, instead of ordering a new clip
for the panel, quoted to just order the whole panel new. Makes me wonder.
I thought I booked an appointment, it became apparent I did not when mid-sentence the guy interrupts me and answers the phone, starts talking and laughing about some other vehicle repair, while I stand there waiting.
A professional garage never started tugging and pulling on a bumper like I just witnessed. Nor did they basically order new panels for everything. I new the quote would be silly, but not this silly.
