Product didn't work and no customer service
The product I bought didn't work (and no product key was accessible) and the customer service number wasn't working and the supposed 24/7 live chat never answered at all. Requested a refund but they are trying to argue against it. Do not use them!!!

Upon checking your account, you have made a dispute claiming that you have not received the product/goods.
On contrary to your claim, our system's records indicate that the product/goods was delivered on time and it was already accessed and downloaded. This contradicts the statement that you filed through your financial institution. At this time, the funds have already been put on hold. We also have submitted several evidences to counter this chargeback.
Our customer support team have informed you that once a chargeback case has been initiated, our retentions team will no longer investigate the case and will be marked as unresolved. We have no choice but to wait for your financial institution for their final decision which could take up to 3 months.

Bought windows for mac in May - easy download and worked well. Wanted to transfer license to new computer in December - their so called 24/7 real person support is non existent. Still waiting for response via email, phone line is unanswered.

It's a steal!
It's a steal!! I purchased office 2019 for mac for half the price and got the software package in less than a minute! Mind you, I'm quite hesitant to buy software online if only I could get a much lesser deal anywhere else. The price quoted was way cheaper than amazon or eBay, while the price at Microsoft is ridiculously quite expensive. You have to thoroughly search Google to find hidden gems like this website. Also they have PayPal. Told myself, what the heck, let's give it a go since I have an account with PayPal in case anything goes wrong I can get my money back. That gave me the assurance to buy the Office package. Such a great shopping experience, I highly recommend this website to everyone.

After unsuccessfully trying to download…
After unsuccessfully trying to download Microsoft Office I tried the help link which appeared in the acknowledgement email but there was no response. A few days later I tried again, and again there was no response. Really frustrating. A week later I went to the website as if I was a buying customer and got through to someone who started to help but we were cut off part-way through. So I tried again. This time it was successful, we used screen-share and they took over the process - which they also didn't find straightforward. Microsoft don't make the installing and downloading simple.
I've given 4 stars because eventually the service was great, but Xpresskey really need to make sure the help link always links to an operative.

My version of Word would not work after…
My version of Word would not work after a hard drive replacement. I seldom use the program so looked for the cheapest resolution and ordered Office for Mac 2011. On receipt, discovered it wouldn't load. Xpresskey informed me it wouldn't work on macOS Mojave. Had to upgrade to Office 2016 for an extra £20. On the plus side, Xpresskey were helpful and the final price paid was probably cheaper than anywhere else.

The mark of a good online retailer is one that offers good customer service should there be a problem. These guys are such a company. My new software would not load and their customer support sorted it promptly. One to keep in the 'bookmarks ' !
