No need to book through them, as they buy their tours from other companies and when there is an issue, a very serious complaint actually, they will simply copy paste their Ts and Cs to you. They also ignored my last few emails to them and only emails they wrote were grammatically incorrect, which to be fair, is very unprofessional. Avoid!

At first i found it quite difficult to decide which trip was for me, because of the sheer amount of trips that were in the same destination or had similar themes, but once i e-mailed and was put in touch with Sarah, she was so helpful and helped me through every step of the way. Her advice and reassurance were some of the main factors behind me deciding to go ahead with a trip like Thailand Entourage, and she was extremely friendly throughout.

Shannon has been very friendly and helpful with all questions I had about my trip!
Speaking with her has helped calm me down and get me excited for the trip that is to come!

Xtreme Gap- Vietnam Adventure

I've booked with xtreme gap for this summer and so far everything has been fantastic. I've emailed Sarah and she has answered all of my questions really quickly and thoroughly- couldn't be more pleased with everything!

This is gonna be my first time going travelling alone, and as nervous as I was, I wanted to find out as much info as I could before proceeding with the application. Shannon was really helpful and considerate and found out all the essential information for me. This definitely put me at ease and I'm sure she had enough of me and my questions by the end of it and was relieved to see me finally book a place haha! Thanks a lot for your help Shannon!

Hope my opinion stays the same about the Xtreme Gap Year team between now and August when I go on my trip and hopefully it's gonna be amazing :D

So far so good. Quick responses means I have booked my flights two days after making contact.

'Shannon Coleman' answered all of my emails and was very helpful in answering all of my questions and assisting me with what trip would be best for me. My trip is organised now and I feel confident that any future queries I have will be handled with the same level of friendliness.

I have been interacting with a member of the Xtremegapyear company for a few months now. They are very helpful and have been answering all of my questions personally and guiding me along the way to my gap year journey in Australia. They also reply very quickly. Great customer service!

As soon as I booked my Thailand Entourage someone contacted me asking if I had any questions and we have been in contact since. I am going to be travelling with my sister and they were quick to meet our needs of being together. They helped by answering questions on our payment and have repeatedly said if we need anything else to contact them. FAB customer service.
