I've just put down my deposit for the Thailand Experience. Sarah from Xtreme Gap has been super helpful in organising everything for me and answering all my queries. I'm yet to put down a deposit for a follow on trip to New Zealand, but have complete faith that when I do so it'll be stress free and Sarah will be more than helpful. Thank you so much! Everything is super so far!

I have just booked my trip for the Thailand Fitness Bootcamp and paid my deposit. Sarah was absolutely fantastic. All my emails were replied to promptly, she answered everything I asked. Mostly though she was so friendly and lovely answering everything I was worried about. Would definitely reccommend based on her service so far 😊

she answered all my questions for me, and emailing back really quickly! feels so much better emailing and finding out everything i needed, and sent over everything i needed so filling out all the forms was a lot easier! really professional and knew what she was talking about. definitely dont feel as scared or lost about the thought of travelling now. very organised company and no stress at all.

Shannon has been absolutely outstanding in this process, she has got back to me so quickly to every question I had regards to the booking. She has put my mind at ease in booking something like this with me being on my own. She has given me every confidence and I am so looking forward to this experience!

I stumbled across Xtreme gap year online, thought it looked fantastic but had sooooo many questions. I had been emailing Shannon Coleman when I was unsure and she made me feel completely at ease and answered all my questions completely honestly! Thanks for all the help Shannon, I don't think I'd have booked without your reassurance!:)

I was in a total muddle with dates and flights and tours etc as this was my first tour booking and Sarah literally sorted everything out for me. I just told her my fixed dates and what I wanted and she was really kind and helpful and totally figured it all out. Plus the cost is so reasonable! I haven't been on the tour yet but if it's as good and as personalised as the service so far I am sure it will be amazing. And I am sure she will still help me to sort out a few last bits before I go!

I have booked to do the xtreme gap year Thailand fitness bootcamp for 6 weeks starting in April and I would like to say how helpful Sarah has been answering all my questions and helping me book! She has been quick to respond and has gone above and beyond to provide me with the information I need.

Honestly brilliant information on the trip, Shannon was so nice and told me everything I needed to know and more. Normally you would expect to be waiting for a response on emails but Shannon was so quick with responding it made my decision easy! She assisted with my payment ensuring it catered to what I could afford as well - all round great customer service! 5 stars :)

I was really worried about booking this trip because it's my first trip alone, as well as being so far away. I emailed a bunch of questions with the link on the website and within a day I had all my questions answered. A lovely girl called Sarah was so much help and made my booking so easy, she was really nice and friendly as well which made me feel better about not knowing what to do. Booking with extreme Thailand was so simple and easy, any questions I had were immediately answered by a member of the team.
