Disappointed at best!
Having ordered a toy and a personalised birthday card for my dog and paying for speedy delivery I only received the toy much to my disappointment..I found it incredibly upsetting as I love celebrating my dogs birthday. Upon contacting yappy I was only offered a partial refund on the delivery and of the card, considering this has spoilt a special day I would've thought a more substantial refund would've taken place for the postage! I think I'll refrain from using these again.

Firstly, I do apologise that the card you purchased did not reach you in time for your pooch's birthday. I can see this was produced and shipped within the timescales we provide, and I can only apologise that this was not delivered in time for your special occasion. Our speedy delivery option does only upgrade the shipping on your order and does not decrease production timescales, so I do apologise for any confusion caused.
I can see you reached out to our customer care team regarding this, and a refund for the card and any applicable postage for this item was processed. As you had confirmed the toy had arrived, we did not process any additional refund at this stage. However, I can then see that my colleague requested a full postage refund was processed as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion, and this was completed on 31st October.
Once again I am deeply sorry that the item missed the occasion, but I do hope your pooch had a wagnificent birthday nonetheless.

Great quality on all products
Have bought a few things from Yappy, and it is always good quality and practical. Have bought bags, cards, door mats and food mats. Great fun and people always comment on the items. My dog Betty is a Welsh terrier and it’s great when you can buy things that relate to her.

Bag for Misha's stuff
The bag we got for taking all our dogs bits and bob's from A to B and C is superb, it holds all we need it too such as the lead, raincoat, water and feeding bowls. Nice design and seems quite sturdy. Very happy with it.
