I found you just searching for pom-poms randomly. My order was placed over the Christmas holiday so was pleasantly surprised with the prompt delivery. They are lovely and true to colour which can be an issue when ordering online.

I have bought many products from Yarn for the Soul, and they have always been of excellent quality. Everything is made with a beautiful love of detail and I am always looking forward to a parcel from Yarn for the Soul.

Katie is excellent, nothing is too much trouble for her and she’s always ready with a kind word. The service from yarn for the soul is exceptional and packages are dispatched speedily. I cannot recommend this little independent yarn shop enough

Katie always makes the experience fabulous! Her website is full of little interesting objects as well as some scrummy yarns and her knowledge of crafting and her stock is second to none.

When you walk into the shop you’ll have a welcome like meeting an old friend. The selection of yarns and accessories is exceptional. It is a must visit in my book! If you’re as bonkers about shops like this as I am, it’s like getting a massive cuddle as you go in!

I ordered the Ashford Maintenance kit, unfortunately there was a an issue and the kit had to be returned. Katie was very apologetic and very quickly sent me another kit.
i have only given 4 stars because I had to return the original item
