As explained to you in email when responding to your initial request, gift cards are non-refundable. This is also clearly stated in our website terms and conditions.
As we also mentioned, we do stock a large amount of non-knitting related items / gifts. We also offered to wind any skeins of yarn that you purchased for your mum in order to make it easier for her.
Sadly, you still felt the need to leave us an unfair 1-star review.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. One of the items from my order was out of stock so I received a phone call to advise me and to offer alternatives. After making my decision, the order was dispatched within minutes and arrived a couple of days later. I’m very pleased with the quality of the items received and will be ordering again in the future.
