Dom is bloody fantastic!!!
Everytime I send an email with a query, he replies straight away. I've worked with a LOT of suppliers over the years and I've never received such a quick and effective response. He's always on hand, happy to help and makes sure nothing gets left.

My configuration is unusual and so offered a challenge to link the DECT phone to a 5G Router. Charlie spent over an hour working through the problem and in the end we managed to link the two.

System works well, but the online instructions seem to have been written by tech staff and not anyone able to communicate with the non-tech savvy world. It would help if they could to employ a communication specialist - try Chatgpt - to re-write all their customer facing stuff for those of us mere mortals who want to use their otherwise excellent service.

Its quite good service but you cannot delete text messages on the app, which is really frustrating as is a mess and when you are using service which always text you code, you need to make sure you look at the correct new message, is not user friendly. Also people from address book do not show name when calling.

I canceled my plan well in advance. They even notified me of my service cancellation and offered me new deals, which I didn't accept. I see that they've still charged the monthly subscription. I log in to check and my account is active, as if I hadn't canceled it. Incredibly awful.

They closed my account and my number with any notification , why ? I don't know .I used the number in many bank accounts and my card Marchant providers .So we need this virtual number. Now all accounts like PayPal with the balance I could not access? At least give me warning if there is frauds like you said ?

Yay are hands down the best business call provider i have used. The system is so easy to use, for but for anything i do need help with the guys are on the phone within minutes. I have to give a special shout out to Junaid and Charlie who have helped me massively this week getting set up.

There are a lot of VoIP providers now, this is because the PSTN services are being shut-down, but Yay is the only provider that I would highly recommend for Business and Individuals wanting to have a Geographic or non-Geographic Number connecting to a VoIP Phone and Mobile.
They have a great portal – with all the services you require via the Internet
Customer Services is second to none, yes at busy times you may have to wait a minute or so, but they always answer there calls.
Also, they have a status portal, which you can see if there is a problem 24/7
