Recommended by my IT consultant when our complex home IT was badly let down by BT. Their VoIP service seems excellent, although currently not working, since BT - no doubt out of spite - disconnected our broadband and TV service on Sunday when they had assured me by phone and letter that they wouldn’t. Junaid and his tech colleague Rowan have been brilliant, setting up a VoIP connection in 20 minutes over the phone, when BT tried for weeks, sent an engineer and still failed. Small, agile businesses beat the behemoths every time.

My Yealink VOIP phones were fighting back and base station wouldn't configure. Spoke to Charlie very helpful. Had to get previous supplier to factory reset the base station as they had used their own PIN.
Charlie picked up my second call and really did battle with the configuration and helped me every step of the way. Finally we have both handsets configured to the two phone numbers.
Couldn't be more helpful and they answered the phone quickly without loads of menus to go through before speaking to someone.
