I’ve certainly had more downtime than with my previous provider Giganet. Speeds vary between 900-1900mb on download, although speed guarantee should see this closer to the upper end of the scale. Some... See more

Easy sign up

Easy sign up, fast router delivery and really fast replies.

Only problem i had was waiting all day for an engineer for installation (which they said i needed in email) to then no one turn up i got intouch via whatsapp and it turned out i didnt need an engineer in the first place and just needed plugging in and they then made it live from their end with no fuss. My own fault really for not trying that first.

I have been with Yayzi around a year and a half

I have been with Yayzi for over a year and a half now. I started with the 1gb speed and had one outage.

Not Yayzi's fault, but that of other companies attempting to repair a pole. And knocking ours off at the same time.

I now have 2.3gb speed with them and while the speeds are not always what are advertised it does not drop out, and no one in the house ever notices a drop in performance.

Yes contact is online, I use messenger on Facebook. Not had a problem as yet in getting a reply, and the price is Good and so is the internet service.

Check them out to see if they are available in your area.

The best performing and Supporting ISP I’ve had

I recently went with Yayzi Broadband, four months ago after getting absolutely sick of being treated like a second-class citizen with Virgin Media.

Yayzi have been nothing but transparent and eager to get issues sorted out when they arise giving hour by hour updates where possible. The speeds are nothing but consistent every time I’ve run a test.

The Support is handsdown the best Support I’ve gotten from any ISP

The best choice for better broadband

Yayzi have been fantastic.

The internet speeds are through the roof, they are reliable, and their customer support is second-to-none.

Emails are replied to within minutes, and Chris has been incredibly supportive and flexible to resolve issues, even where a bespoke solution is on the cards for a specific need.

I could not recommend more highly, and a huge ongoing thanks to Chris and the team! This is what broadband should be.

Fast Broadband and AMAZING support

The transition over to them was really smooth. I moved from Giganet to Yayzi because of the 2GB package. The connection is incredibly fast and (excitingly) the upload is the same as download - much better than what you get with Virgin Media etc.

I had a couple of small teething issues (mostly caused by me), but I'd really like to give a massive shout out to the support team. Stefan and Chris were both amazing. The support is on Whatsapp and Email - both worked perfectly and they full resolved the issues with me.

No need to wait for hours on the phone. Or deal with a random agent who can't help. They literally worked with me to configure the network gateways etc. in real time.

100% recommend these guys. Very happy with them.

Outstanding customer support from Yayzi!

So, I had a really rough time getting my internet initially installed on July 23rd, but this is by no means any fault of Yayzi's... no, quite the opposite. This entire (No light at the ASN) was entirely on CityFibre's end, and Yayzi fought very hard on my behalf every day, communicating with me daily via email in regards to this issue. CityFibre finally resolved the problem, and wow! The speeds are exactly what I am paying for! Just over 1.2Gbps download and just over 970Mbps upload! Very low latency with 0-1ms jitter, as it should be!

Yayzi are seemingly a relatively new ISP, and it is known that there have been some growing pains with them, but they have genuinely been improving and fast... and as a brand new customer, I absolutely won't hesitate to recommend them. I am only going to be paying £39 a month for the duration of my contract, and for these speeds and the customer support I have received, I would at least implore anyone on the fence to give Yayzi a fair shot. I did, and I have no regrets.

No Broadband - 0 Customer Service

Broadband keeps cutting out daily for months, customer servcie is very poor, they either tell me they see no issues at their end (after sending them all possible prove every single day!) or they don't reply at all for days...

Excellent Full Fibre broadband

Excellent broadband - up to 900Gbps upload and download.
2 gamers and a streamer in the house and never any buffering.
Used to have Sky ADSL and sometimes had buffering issues with that, so cancelled it and got Full Fibre to-the-home.

Its not a 1Gbps service

Its not a 1 Gbps service, I consistently get around 750 Gbps symmetrical. Honestly speaking it's much stable network and more than enough what I need. Customer service needs improving because I pay for SLA , as response is not what it should be.

I'm far from being impressed

I'm far from being impressed. I use the internet for my daily work. The last thing I need is for the internet to go down. This has happened on a regular basis. There is no phone number to call. EVERYTHING is by email and WhatsApp. Which means that you need a separate data plan just to contact them. They are not lightning quick when responding. I have had to make my way into the office on the back of the internet being down. Which in turn leaves me out of pocket. Once my contract ends. I WILL be looking for another internet service provider. The price is reasonable. But this is only because you can't speak to anyone when you have any issues. Unfortunately we now live in a world were people don't matter. Everything you do is via text. No more speaking to a human being. Sadly, I see this as being the norm rather than the exception. My final note. Choose your ISP with caution.

Broadband has been perfect ever since…

Broadband has been perfect ever since we signed up. Liam and his Staff were helpful too at the start. I doubted my decision to go with Yayzi because of some of the reviews but don’t regret it at all now. Thanks!

I have the need. The need, for speed!

Looking to move from Virgin Media as their FTTP rollout has been... slow.

Seen Yayzi offered speeds up to 2.3Gbps. My area is only GPON at the moment though, however still get 2Gbps down and 1Gbps upload. Over double my VM internet.

CityFibre Installation was awful. The teams themselves were decent, polite and very friendly. The work was to high standards. But getting broken fibres fixed and updates was dreadful. Eventually myself and Yayzi put our foots down and the next day i had 3 cityfibre vans arrive, determined to get the internet online. 4 hours later and as if by magic, my unifi gear got an IP.

Speeds of up to 1.9Gbps down, 970Mbps upload. Very happy. DHCP or Static IP means i can use my cabinet of Unifi gear and truly experiance the full potential of my speeds.

Yayzi support have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout and even a few members of the team (Chris especially) have interests in IT themselves which makes things so much easier.

Can't speak highly enough of Yayzi and looking at my speedtests will now never get old.

Thanks so much guys!

Underrated, quality, ISP

Yayzi feels like I’m getting a premium product, but for a reasonable price. Great speeds. They use DHCP not PPPoE, which is great for using my own router. And no evil mid-contract price rises, either.

Installation was smooth, although installation (whether good or bad) is more on CityFibre, not Yayzi.

Obviously there are other, negative, reviews. These made me hesitant, but I’m glad I took a punt. I’d like to think they're because Yayzi has had teething issues, which they’re working on improving. All I know for sure is my experience has been great.
