I’ve certainly had more downtime than with my previous provider Giganet. Speeds vary between 900-1900mb on download, although speed guarantee should see this closer to the upper end of the scale. Some... See more

Smooth installation with good service.
A team brought in from outside the local area gave a clear explanation of what they needed to do and carried out the installation very smoothly. All my questions had an answer that were clear and understandable. The connection with the router, which arrived the next day, went equally smoothly and I have been happy with the speed with only one drop-out which was explained via the web-site.
Not sure that the "My account- Online portal" provides accurate information on my account. The "Dashboard - Yayzi Broadband" does show the payments that agree with the contract.
the service is fantastic

connection drops
When the connection drops, the customer service experience is frustrating. I've experienced multiple instances where I lost connection without any response from customer service via email or phone, often occurring on weekends.

Some people may not agree
Some people may not agree, yayzi has been great so far for me yes I got caught up in the transit network down that happened recently then I was one of the people that had misbehaving IP assignments from it. Being a network engineer though I appreciate the hard work those guys put in for 3 days to transfer people over to a new transit network and sort out all the new IP ranges. The cost helps too.
A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. I had a problem with installation and had to reschedule it. No phone number to contact them and no response to multiple emails I sent to try and contact them.
In the end I cancelled my direct debit through sheet frustration and had to go without broadband whilst a new provider was getting set up. This was a major issue as I work from home. I would strongly advise to avoid them until they improve their customer service. No idea what their broadband service is like as I never got that far.

Yayzi are 110% but than are last provider i’ve been with them for a few months now and any problem I have is dealt with yes you can’t phone them but you can email them and chat to them and they will get onto it straightaway and keep you updated through as email. I would recommend this to anybody Go fibre all the way 👍🏻
Bad router, v dodgy service
Supply poor quality, dated router with limited range and speed AX1800 is inappropriate for 1gps broadband, customer service impossible to call and responses on website hit and miss,
On the plus they don't put prices up every year like Vodafone
Addendum:
Note Yayzi response below - they're very happy to supply a router that provides only 80% of the potential purchased at 1 metre from the box (less than 50% at any reasonable distance, this wouldn't occur if higher powered router) , looks like I'm buying my own router

Still pending activation
I am still awaiting the service to be installed due to a cabling issue which city fibre are in process of correcting but yayzi have been fantastic in chasing up the work required with city fibre and contacting me with updates in regards to this

New install woes...
No telephone line to contact them. Didn't get ip address range sorted with Sky so Sky Stream box would not work. With in 14 days had a total connectivity loss for 4 hours.
They need a phone line ASAP. The status portal does not show my status so why have one.
I'm getting variable wifi speed tests under controlled conditions.
