Fail company commitment !!!!

Long process of fixing fouls!
Much lower broadband speed provided than promised in the contract commitment my previous provider virgin media promised 350 MB/s but usually I have had 380 MB/s but you committed between 750-950 comparing to my best 440 MB/s 😱😤 never again dealing with you !!!

Thanks for your review, the guaranteed speed on the 900 plus wired is 600mbps, not 750-900. Even though your getting more than your previous supplier, there is still room for improvement here to get this wired speed up. If you raise a ticket via website or email support@yayzi.co.uk we will get this sorted for you.

The advertised speeds are nowhere near…

The advertised speeds are nowhere near what they claim. I’ve had to buy a combined 2.4 & 5ghz extender to get half of the download speed AND my Sky Q box I’ve had to put a wired Lan in as it just used to drop out n say I had no internet connection. To be honest, much though they have absolutely awful customer service, Virgin signal was better on a 250 package than this (alleged) 1Tb offering…!

Thanks for your review, The TP LINK EX230 is a dual band router already and you may benefit for a mesh addition rather than an extender. We are aware of an issue with Sky Q after an update. The package is 900 Plus so you should be getting around min 600mbps wired but wifi will vary on devices. If you raise a ticket via website or email support@yayzi.co.uk we will get this looked at for you.

The installation took over 2 weeks to arrange and complete. Once complete the router needed to be set up with an app, but no advice was given to advise. This resulted in a long complaint, however did receive free period as a resolution.

Thanks for your review, The instal took time due to MDU, you was the first in the block to get installed, so CityFibre carried out additional works to get you connected. The router should be plug and play, but if you wish to use the Aginet app thats also an option. We are putting together guides for this depending on customer choice and router access needs. If you have anything outstanding please raise a ticket via website or email support@yayzi.co.uk we will get this looked at for you

All in all surprisingly good

All in all surprisingly good. I read the negative comments but decided to give them a try as they are a fairly new company. I was paying more for a lot less from my previous provider. Reaching speeds of 930 mbs consistently compared to my previous 72 mbs from elsewhere. You may read bad reviews but I haven’t had serious issues with them. Downside for me is no apparent call center. I can see this company going from strength to strength.

Thanks for your review, Good to hear your getting the speeds and enjoying your broadband. We're putting in new systems which allow the customer to better management of their account and putting in processes for telephone contact.

Excellent value, occasional issues.

Been using Yayzi for few months now.
It's definitely a good value broadband, but as a small, new broadband provider they do have some teething issues i.e. There were couple of outages that affected me, speed and latency fluctuations, streaming services were not working initially, because my ip was identified as VPN. I do feel that team is working hard on improving the experience for customers.
In general I am happy with the service, but if my income depended on my broadband I would not trust it. Yet.

Thanks for your review, I apologise if thats your experience, i can see we have responded to all your tickets placed, you service came on just after Christmas so routers has a slight delay due to new year. your on a 900 Plus so should be getting min 600mbps wired. We are putting in new systems and processes for telephone support. The WhatsApp number is being integrated so we took if offline for a while, so apologies if you got caught up in that. If you raise a ticket via website or email support@yayzi.co.uk we will get the refund for any delayed days credited to you account.

Customer support can be sketchy

We've lost internet on 2 occasions since starting with yayzi in January.

There's no number to call you have to submit tickets online for issues or use WhatsApp to contact the team. 1st occasion it was fixed really quickly at thier end but the second time we were left with no internet for almost 24 hours with very little help, we were promised an engineer visit and told we would get an eta, then no further contact. We turned everything off for a couple of hours ourselves, tried the router again and it worked. No one has followed up with us about the engineer visit or possible faulty router (which we were told was a possible cause). Speeds are good though and it doesn't constantly drop out like virgin media used to. Price per month is very good compared to virgin media.

Incredible Speeds and Value

Simple signup process, seamless install and service activation. Speeds have been incredibly consistent and symmetrical since joining. WiFi on an iPhone 15 Pro Max in the same room as the router on the 2.5GB package topping out nicely at 1.5GB close to the maximum the device can handle.

If you want incredible speeds down and up at a fraction of Virgin Media ‘Gig1’ prices (who can only give 125mb upload) then Yayzi are the guys to join.

Incredible 2.3Gb/s with 4ms ping!

Incredible 2.3Gb/s with 4ms ping!

Awesome connection, symmetrical upload and download speeds... 1 small issue occurred with Yayzi's peering partner - they jumped on the issue and worked all night to resolve, apart from that it's been rock solid for almost 3 months now. Definitely recommend!

Fast and Reliable Fibre, still waiting on my mesh router though :(

Yayzi are providing reliable and very fast fibre to my premise and are the only company in my area offering 2gbps download. I would love to give this company five stars however the exclusive WiFi mesh pro router they offer and that I bought outright from them 2 months ago has still not arrived. I have been told it is due to a shipment delay and is stuck on a boat. I think it is wrong that they are advertising the mesh extenders on the website when they can't provide them. I feel like my contract will be over by the time I eventually receive one. Surely the company should have a redundancy such as a different acquisition and delivery method so the customers can receive and use the products they have already paid for.

Due to the Yemen issue and products already committed stock on that shipment it got delayed several weeks and did in fact to commit to an air freight, but this vastly expands our commitment stock. The HX220 can mesh but the real HX510 is best suited its these we are awaiting as made to order. We will send a HX220 out in meantime.

Better than the rest

So far, so good. They changed their WhatsApp contact number and never told anyone. They also had to do some serious network configuration a month into my new contract. But they take my DD on time, at the agreed amount and service has been reliable so I'm happy!

No issues at all with Yayzi - Smooth install and speeds as advertised

No issues at all with Yayzi. Cityfibre just gone live this week in my area.

Install was smooth and support were very helpful and responsive as I wanted to install my own router at home. Thanks Liam

On the speed front I can confirm (no problems, see below) I am getting a full 2.5gig up and down with the setup and service provided.

Initial support really good

Overall happy with the service being provided.
Initially the speed was no where near that promised but with the help of the Technical support on Whatsapp the problem was resolved and all is now is up and running well.

Intermittent service

When the internet works it is really good however the amount of drop outs that occur is disappointing. The television is forever saying that there is no internet despite only being an arms length from the router. My kids complain that the internet isn't working regularly as too does my wife. It was advertised that the internet could handle every device you throw at it and more but unfortunately that is not the case. We have 7 devices using wi-fi and although it does work on all there are frequent drop outs

If you can get it, get it!

Set up was straight forward, ish, but not city fibers or yayzis fault, blame BT and a broken lorry...

Speed is great, price is great, easier to get in contact with someone rather than the face lest giant crap like virgin...

Did have a 4 day outage though and took longer to get sorted than it should and some major instability afterwards that took a while to get level, but still better than virgin for their price speed and customer service...

Try and avoid this company

Shamelessly falsified coverage, yet again shamelessly charged before installation date... and shamelessly communicated on the installation date they cannot install..

Hi Sanket,

I'm sorry but I have to say that is so inaccurate. Our coverage is provided by CityFibre not ourselves, ever. We don't have our own builds, we never claim that either.

Our data is always pulled from our partners, if there were any installation issues they would have been due to CityFibre and we would have communicated their feedback to you.

I can appreciate your frustration though and it is taken onboard.

Thanks,
Yayzi Support Team

At the moment there is no complaints

At the moment there is no complaints.
They installed pretty quick. The install team were very good and I am getting 2gb at the moment. Not hit 2.5 yet but that could be my limitations with computer. Will try again over a few months.
The only bad thing so far will be communications. I had teething issues and could only get hold of them via email and tbf to yayzi it was answered in a few hrs
