I’ve certainly had more downtime than with my previous provider Giganet. Speeds vary between 900-1900mb on download, although speed guarantee should see this closer to the upper end of the scale. Some... See more

Total amateurs

Total amateurs, my 2Gb Pro service, costing me £50 per month, has been operational for 16% of the time, over the last 50 days, absolute shambles, never get the speeds they have sold me, stay clear !

Hi Paul, we apologise if the service hasn't been as expected on this occasion, we have previously raised a credit against your account for a months service while we try and resolve any speed issue and to get the best out of your 2Gb connection. The current issue is you have service light off on your ONT, this is CityFibre side and ticket has been raised and an engineer is booked to visit tomorrow as previously notified.

Wow…deal

Wow! What can I say, I’ve just moved from S** to YAYZI and for the price and the increased speed it’s a great deal ….very happy!

I'm glad I chose Yayzi over the others.

I'm glad I chose Yayzi over the others.

My experience with Yayzi has been positive overall, although the support could use some refinement. Having a phone line for contact and weekend support would be beneficial. Nonetheless, the service is dependable and swift, and the support team is prompt in their assistance when needed.

Stefan has been a fantastic support, empathizing with my frustrations and standing by me. As a rapidly expanding company, they are adapting swiftly and show more understanding than most other ISPs.

Being entirely UK-based, I've also had the convenience of not needing to translate any communications.

Fantastic support & great service

Fantastic support, great service.
I have been using my own router, but sold it because I needed better VLAN support. I bought a new router, but couldn’t make it work. Yayzi support was fantastic - they sent me one of their routers by overnight delivery. When that didn’t work, they helped me diagnose a CityFibre issue (MAC address locking) which shouldn’t be happening, but is.
I’ve been with them for several months now and I’m very pleased with their attitude, behaviour and service. There have been a few niggles - once with a service outage and a few fixed IP address challenges. All network providers have issues, it’s the way they manage them that matters. Yayzi proactively engage with their users both directly by email and WhatsApp, and through updates on their forum.

Useless

Useless. Can’t wait to change contract. I am still using my previous provider’s router and log on to connect as the Yayzi ones don’t connect. I have no access to my account so I have no control and no billing invoices. I have complained several times with promises of fixes, but still nothing is done.

Can you email support@yayzi.co.uk due to your account age you may have the Huawei router if this is the case, we can swap is out for our new EX230. invoices will be sent each month by email and our new system will give a much enhanced customer portal for all your needs.

I have nothing but good words to say…

I have nothing but good words to say for Yayzi. Firstly the speed is insane, I’m getting well over 2Gbps and crazy low ping <4ms. Secondly, the only times I’ve ever needed to ask a question, their support team (and you get a name of the person helping you, not just a faceless department) have come back to me within minutes of contacting them. Coming from Virgin, this is like finding ISP Nirvana. Honestly can’t recommend highly enough. Take the plunge, you won’t regret it!

Honestly I rarely leave reviews but…

Honestly I rarely leave reviews but Yayzi got back to me super fast, I had a couple of quick messages with Stefan who was super friendly and most importantly human, which is rare in customer service. He sorted out my issue and I was sorted pretty quickly. I was really surprised as I was expecting poor CS after hearing these smaller city fibre providers don't have the best customer service but no, pleasantly surprised, thanks Stefan

Went off 3 days ago (now 80 hours) made a number of submissions for help or information and had no replies or contact of any type. Now terminated agreement and moving to new supplier.

Installation update.

Communication is very poor. Since installation I wanted to inform about the internet speed which is around 650mbps instead of 1gig as per the contract but looks like no body is interested in Yayzi to reply even. Online portal is not updated since installation in March. It’s difficult to communicate with you as no one replies, please guide me the correct channel as I need to set it right. Not enjoying as I had expected.

Great service

I have now been a Yayzi customer for a few months and have had no issues, consistently get 2100Mbps down on their 2Gbps plus plan. I installed a 2.5Gbps NIC on my Linux machine and have CAT7 to the TP-Link router they provided. The engineers installed a Calix Gigapoint GP1000G ONT that delivers up to 2.5Gbps. The router supports OpenVPN server, so I have configured Tunnelblick on my Macbook Air for when I am away from home, and a GL.inet Mango GL-MT300N-V2 as a portable travel router so I can always route traffic via my home network. No complaints, cheaper than my previous BT line, and much faster. A happy customer!

Yay for Yayzi

After looking at various options I decided to go with Yayzi getting great speeds on the 2gbps I'm currently getting 1.5 Gbps on the WiFi in most parts of the house with the provided router which is WiFi 6 capable also pings of as low as 7 ms depending on game modes on my Xbox with full speed download maxing out the Xbox speed at 1gbps because of the limitations of the hardware
