I had to cancel the holiday 3.5 months before arrival because someone in the travel party passed away. Yelloh Village's response is telling: no cancellation insurance, no refund, and no voucher either. Absolutely no humanity; they are only interested in making as much money as possible. I’ll never go to Yelloh again!!

Camping is great. Restaurant does not have a lot of options but fine for us.
The really downside for me was the absence of Internet. There should be free WiFi (via Osmozis) but that is not realyt he case! Only 5 minutes per hour (on avarage) for us. Then you became disconnected and fun was over. Nothing they could do.
If I would have known this upfront I would not have booked this camping as I need Internet for work etc all.
So great place if you do not need to be online. Otherwise, skip.

Colina do Sol Portugal: Terrible Wifi, don’t promise free Wifi if it doesn’t work. I rather pay for working Wifi than free and it doesn’t work. Beds childeren are to small for our long Dutch teens. For teens who don’t like football or waterpolo there is nothing to do. The ‘restaurant’ is not very attractive to have dinner (ongezellig). The food is good and freshly made. The supermarket is small, you have to leave the park for a good supermarket with all you need.
The park is clean and the lodge is nice.

Easy, fast, clear information.

Easy to book for an accommodation. Only more detailed information what is open or closed (bar, restaurant, balneo etc.) during which times of the year would be preferred.

Thank you for cancelling my reservation. Sadly we put it on the wrong data and is the site fully booked for the actual data we would like to stay.
Maybe next year we try again.

Transparant en easy booking. Good overview of possibilities.

The only possible improvement would be of the available dates would be more easily acessible/visible. It is now a constant switching between dates to fond an available pitch.

The website also shows villages that have no availability at-or close to- the requested dates. It would be helpful if you could filter on availability.

Alles is duidelijk

After filling in the desired dates of the stay, the options were automatically given. It was easy to browse through the different types of accomodation. Reservations could easily be made by filling in the online form. Got the confirmation within 24h.

The booking.com is an easy task via the app. The only thing is that the early booking discount fot which we received an email is ignored. Although this mail clearly status without reservation that a discount is for all parcs. Misleading and from now on I will advise anyone not to book at Yelloh.

Mijn eerste booming is perfect verlopen. Alles is zeer duidelijk. Super.
