The booking.com is an easy task via the app. The only thing is that the early booking discount fot which we received an email is ignored. Although this mail clearly status without reservation that a discount is for all parcs. Misleading and from now on I will advise anyone not to book at Yelloh.

Mijn eerste booming is perfect verlopen. Alles is zeer duidelijk. Super.

Easy process

Het boeken verliep in het begin moeilijk, dwz via Ipad of mobiel toestel. Via laptop ging het vlotter. Taalinstelling en vertaling was goed. Slechts één onduidelijkheid, nl. de prijs voor de keuze van een plaatsnummer. Er staat in de tekst dat de toeslag wordt berekend "per plaats en per dag", doch in werkelijkheid gaat het om een forfait.

The booking was difficult in the beginning, i.e. via Ipad or mobile device. Via laptop it went more smoothly. Language setting and translation was good. Only one ambiguity, namely the price for choosing a pitch number. It says in the text that the surcharge is calculated "per pitch and per day", but in reality it is a fixed price.

Placed a reservation and had a request. Already the day after I got a call from a very friendly person, who helped me out and gave a few options that would fit my request. The same morning the reservation was done.

fast and easy reservation. Cant wait to spent the summer holidays :-)

Very good camping.
Its clean and the personal is very proffesional.
Its well based for small walk along the beach to lacanau.
We are comming back in 2022

Terrible. Two days without any running water on the campsite, but that wasn't even the worst:

They had not informed me, or maybe they had but I had forgotten about it, that the campsite closes at 11:30pm to vehicles to avoid the noise of driving cars. This seems fair to me, however as I was unaware of this rule I returned from a dinner in town at 00:15am and was refused at the gate. They told me to park my car outside the camping and walk to our spot, which would have been totally fine for me if it weren't for the fact that I have a rooftop tent which is on the top of my car.

So, without being able to drive my car up to our spot (for which we pay almost 600 EUR for a week!!), I had no bed to sleep in. I showed them my rooftop tent and explained that I was unaware of the fact that the campsite is closed to cars from 11:30pm, and requested if I could please very quitly drive my car to our spot at 1km per hour which would make no noise at all (and not even take more then 2 minutes).

After endless discussion with the security guards, who spoke no English and were very unpatient and rude, they finally phoned the campsite owner... But no luck. They insisted the rule was the rule and told me to sleep outside of the camping on the parkinglot for the night....

So there I was, paying almost 80 EUR per night for a small spot for a car and tent, and then being told to sleep on a public parkinglot / road because I arrive back to the camping to late as an honest misstake.

Extremely bad night, sleeping on the parkinglot with some drug dealers driving on and off and a lot of noise. Very dissappoiting decision.

Worst part is, that in general during the night the camping is very noisy! lots of young people walking, drinking, talking. Some nights the music of the bar goes on until almost 1pm. Difficult to sleep at any point.. but when it comes to a small rule they happily let their paying guest spend a night on the parkinglot. Keep in mind, it was barely 00:30 am at this point.

Heavily overpriced camping with rude and unpolite service.

not everybody can use your services!
to pay +600€ for a week to put a tent in your ground is not realestic.

Yelloh Village is very nice tourism organization, if I want to book a holidays, for sure, Yelloh Village offer you high quality in all their campings.
