Direct of telefonisch contact met medewerkers is niet voorgekomen. Alles ging via internet dus gedrag van de medewerkers is niet te beoordelen. Omdat wij het fijn vinden op deze manier en eventuele vragen ook via internet kunnen worden gesteld, is dit voor ons ideaal. Zie hieronder, er wordt beschaafd en niet te familiair gecorrespondeerd:
