Joe was so helpful 10/10 service

Joe came out to our company Sweeney Drainage today and he went above and beyond! He was so friendly and helpful. We could not of asked for someone more helpful. Everyone need a Joe in there company!!

Unethical company

Unethical company. I met with Yellowcom who approached our charity about us moving our internet to them. I liked that they were a small business in Glasgow and that they seemed community minded. I wanted to move from Sky and support them because they are local and seemed very supportive and approachable. I knew we would be paying slightly more which we didn't mind but it turned out that we had been misled. Our bill is now more than double what we were paying with SKY and we have no change in service. It feel they misled us and when we asked to leave the contract they wanted to charge us over £2000 to leave the contract. They have been dishonest and are fake in claiming to support community. They claim to be representing lots of charities so please be aware and read the small print Their sales pitch is very convincing. I would never use them again and usually I don't leave reviews but I feel very strongly about how bad this company is that I felt compelled to write a review. Do not use this company

Keith went out of his way to help her the problem fixed. What he thought was going to be a quick job turned into a longer one. He was very polite abd informative with what he was doing. Very thorough.

everything that could go wrong, did but it didn't matter.

The process was made very difficult due to our old school lines, technology, previous supplier and open reach - everything that could go wrong did! but Michaela kept me so up to date and chased everything for me and was very friendly and approachable. Keith and Ross the engineers were great, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All three are assets to your team.

Siobhan was very helpful

Siobhan was friendly, helpful and had all our information on hand and could easily explain the breakdown of charges and any exceptional charges that I had queried. She also provided information about our contract length and account manager which was useful as I was not involved in setting up our contract with Yellowcom.

We recently moved our company telephone system to Yellowcom, the installation by Kieran was great, something other companies were trying to have us do ourselves. The support from Angela keeping us informed of the number being ported and any tweaks we wanted to the set up were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend
