Everyone who answers the phone is well mannered and helpful and I appreciate always being directed to the right person to deal with my query

We recently moved our company telephone system to Yellowcom, the installation by Kieran was great, something other companies were trying to have us do ourselves. The support from Angela keeping us informed of the number being ported and any tweaks we wanted to the set up were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

Michaela handled everything from start to finish. Quick and efficient service as always.

Cameron was very helpful explaining the layout of my bill after I panicked because it was higher than first expected. He explained everything in a very calm manner and made sure I understood everything

Had a few issues in the beginning, however these were swiftly resolved and handled professionally by the team overlooking our case. Stephen Carson was a great help and was glad to check in with us regarding our progress, and ask if we needed furhter assistance. Really pleased so far with the service provided.

Both Camron and Keely are always very helpful and supportive with any problem and only too willing to help regardless of what the problem is.

Engineer Ross H came to our rescue late on in the day to get our internet switched on . It was much appreciated that he was willing to visit in such short notice and completed the task efficiently and mannerly.
Also a shout out to Michaela in the office who managed to arrange the visit so quickly.

Great service from Michaela at Yellowcom, kept me up to date the whole process whist they were awaiting stock of my new phone.

Yellowcom maintained communication throughout the entire transaction, keeping us informed with updates as they became available. The engineer arrived as scheduled and was exceptionally friendly and patient as we familiarised ourselves with the new phones.

My business has been with Yellowcom for over 10 years now. They are always very friendly and extremely efficient. Angela & Graeme are helpful with any requests. I have been approached by other companies, however never considered moving as I believe they are the best broker I could find. Loyalty is still important is very important to me, as is customer service and I get both from Yellowcom.

At our initial meeting, Neale from Yellowcom explained clearly the process of upgrading our phone and broadband package. There were a few hiccups during the installation process, these were due to a third party.
Michaela kept us informed of any changes and always responded quickly with updates. Kieran the technician was superb, efficent and very helpful,took time to explain everything. All the team,
especially Neale,Micheala and kieran, 5 stars for guiding us through the process.

Siobahn was a very helpful and sorted out our issue with a change of account details in a quick and efficient manner.
