Very unhappy with this company. On replacing our windows we were advised we did not need a vent in the living room windows as the slider vents at the top were sufficient. However when having our gas fire serviced the engineer told us this was insuffient and we had to have the fire switched off until a separate vent, fitted in the wall of the living room was installed. Since then we have called repeatedly and left messages but they won’t talk to us. Such a shame because we only wanted to discuss what had gone wrong. If they are advising people incorrectly then this is so dangerous. We are reasonable people, mistakes happen, but now we feel if they won’t engage with us then we have to take offficial action.

Built a roof with a drainpipe that blocks access to paint the windows, put external cables running through the structure rather than attempt to move them and left gaps in the building. Worse when complaining where the answer was along the lines of "you'll have to unscrew the gutter then".
Committed to re-routing the satellite cables that they built the roof over, then said they wouldn't. One of the directors was verbally abusive over the telephone.
