Not as good as other meal kits.
I didn't find the veg as fresh as some other meal kits and some of it was scarred because of packaging or transport I guess? I didn't find the recpie cards as easy to follow either. Finally there is no use by dates on the protein (they all say use within 5 days of delivery) which is a worry to me. I looked again to maybe try another, give a second chance, to find all the same meals so where is the variety of choice?

Thank-you for your review all of our produce comes into us fresh daily from reputable local suppliers, we have now added preparation/ method photographs to our recipe cards, which hopefully makes following the recipes easier?
All of our protein is fresh into us and passed straight onto our customers, we have also now invested in a new labelling machine which will specify an actual use by date and this will be implemented imminently. We have put on 5 new dishes this week including a Pulled Pork Fajita and a Bhaji Burger to name a couple and we will continue to add new dishes on a weekly basis, so it would be great if you would give us another try!

Half the recipes were really badly…
Half the recipes were really badly written, half were good. Won't be buying a box again and only one of the recipe cards was worth keeping to make another time.

Disappointing
I didn't like this food box as much as others I've had. It felt like some of the recipes weren't complete as I still needed to buy vegetables to eat with the meals, which defeats the point. Also the coconut rice that came with two of the meals we chose went really gloopy even though we followed the instructions.

Great recipes and lovely tasting food. Didn’t appear as slick in terms of how food was packaged, as some of the other more well known recipe boxes, but overall great quality. Would definitely use again

Recipes sound lovely but lacked flavour
The recipes were very interesting which is why we chose to try. Unfortunately the flavour didn't match, the recipes were pretty bland and basic. You definitely needed a good level of cooking skill to understand the instructions as basic steps were missing.

All meals were perfect
All meals were perfect. A couple of minor missing items on delivery but they were things I had in my pantry so no issue. The fillet steaks were stupendous!!!

***Dissapointed, and unhappy
Having trying the box as a one of trial for 4 people, I was so dissapointed.
There were missing ingredients, and damaged items too.
The one pot of seeds to be used for one of the meals was completely broken, and had leaked everywhere in the bag.
Secondly, garlic and a missing cabbage were missing from the menu which required 2 for the 4 people menu.
And also one bag of the chicken breast fillets was not sealed, leafing to the raw chicken going sticky and onto all the other raw meat. I decided to through away as wasnt worth the risk, not knowing how long being left open, and covid.
Some of the recipe cards had missing instructions, for example how long to cook the meat etc, Ingredients incorrect method or missing.
A member of the team eventually got back to me after emailing them, offering £5 credit to my account.
I found this shocking as for a first time customer, I would of though extra care would of been taken to avoid the shocking packaging and the small gesture of £5 credit insulting.
Not only did I have to go out and buy the missing products, I feel I have been massively let down.
I hope to hear back from this review.

Good quality ingredients and very tasty recipes of generous proportions. One said 'bake for 10 mins' without a temperature but I am a good cook, so no problem! I love the 'no waste' concept of recipe boxes. Will use again as I like the one off boxes with no subscription which suits my lifestyle. Tks

Tasty food, needs tweaking
Great food, however there are some errors in the instructions, plus the rotation in meal offered is fairly slowly if you're having 4 a week.
Comparable with other similar boxes, and definitely worth buying when on discounted offer.
