I think the staff installing the lock was very friendly and patient when explaining how to use. They also installed the lock very efficiently and so far it has been working very well! Very pleased with the outcome and have recommended Yew Digital Lock to many of my friends and relatives.

once i ordered, the customer service in contact with me was very nice, then when they came to install for me, they were very fast and efficient. they also gave me guidelines on how to safely use the lock. overall a great experience! would recommend them 10/10

I had a great experience with Yew Digital Lock as they had a wide variety of selections ranging from zigbang locks to samsung authorised locks, not only that but the sales people that were on site were also great at recommending the type of lock I needed and was looking for.

It was a very good digital lock because it can be able to detect my fingerprint very fast and it respond very fast. It is also very convenient because I won’t need to take my keys out wherever I go. I just need a fingerprint and there you go you can go in.

Amazed by the new tech these days, a door lock even has face recognition! In addition to this new and convenient feature, all staff were friendly and were equipped with the knowledge to best serve me.

Contacted Yew Digital Lock after it being recommended by a friend as my current digital lock was faulty. Kevin helped me to shortlist a digital lock, even recommending some to my preference at the same time! The installation was quick and faultless! It’s been almost 2 months since I installed the lock and it shows no signs of fault!

My old manual lock took very long to open all the time , after buying a new digiblock from yew digital lock , i realised how much time i could have saved if i had installed the lock earlier , the lock was istalled very quickly and took a very short amount of time to get used to . i highly suggest purchasing a lock from yew digital lock if you have not .

overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. Firstly, the aesthetics of it looks very clean and expensive. Secondly the lock has many options for me to unlock my gate for example the facial recognition helps when my hands are occupied. Lastly as a mom of 2 kids the safety features makes me feel extra safe and secure in my own home. Highly recommend!
