Service superb. I'm surprised by the service provided by the installer, Ken. They are very patient and attend to my queries. As for sales person, Kevin is friendly and progession in explaining about the digital lock.

I've engaged this company to fix a digital lock for my grandparents house. I spoke to Kevin the sales person on my constrains on being there for the installation as my grandparents can be a handful when it comes to stranger.

Kevin helped to coordinate his colleague Ming Hui to go down for installation and make a video call to me with his mobile for me to assure the 2 elderly to allow Ming Hui to carry out his job.

After the installation is done, Ming Hui took time from his break to explain to my grandparents how to use the lock. This is beyond going the extra mile!

Was finding a digital lock for my new home and found this company! Their locks are high quality and easy to use! it's userfriendly especially elderly who struggle to use digital locks most of the time! Kevin, the sales person, was very friendly and engaging when I asked questions about the locks! Paul came by to my home to install the new lock and finish it in less than 30 min! all this was definitely a fuss free experience and would highly recommend it to people who are looking for digital locks
