My actual size was actually available that was a shocker! Should have received free shipping per previous order immediately before this one and the pop up on the screen said I qualified but didn't happen of course.

Order made easy, I absolutely love the fact that I received 70% off my first order just for becoming a member definitely will order more soon!

Love this site, it's easy to navigate & have my sizes

Ordered on the promotion to join ($250 order) on 8/3 and was of course charged my amount that day. Fast forward to 8/10 and received an email stating that because my card declined the reauthorization (AKA DUPLICATE CHARGE on 8/10) that my order and membership was cancelled. Customer service unhelpful and unable to offer the same discount as you receive upon joining for a replacement order. Total bait and switch, what a joke!!

Kept trying to reach out through chat or phone call, everyone hung up or ended the chat because no one wanted to help me. Went on for several days. Not a trustworthy service.

Pages are displayed quickly, and items are described well

Not thrilled about the added "tariff" fee. Was going to buy an additional item but had to change my mind due to this new extra charge. I live on a limited income as I'm sure many other Yitty customers do. This subscription is my treat to myself, but I may have to go elsewhere if the site is going to start charging fees that make it unaffordable for me.

GREEDY COMPANY made a huge order on Monday that got cancelled due to “low stock” but I bought over 64 items and they didn’t send ANY of them. 5 days later I still don’t have my money back and it was $900, the first time I’ve ever spent that much on clothes. I call them and they said they cancelled my order because I had more than one account. They time you for that 70% off offer and the first time I tried to checkout it was gonna charge me $2300. So I made another account and added my cart again and it brought it back to 900 and they cancelled it because they’re greedy and don’t want you to actually get a good deal. And to take my money on a MONDAY a working day and still not give it back by the end of the week is insane. Greedy greedy greedy

The quality is is actually really good, the sizing is TRUE TO SIZE! As someone whos plus size with extra abdominal weight, the clothes really helped shrink and minimize unwanted attention to that area. their bathing suits are beautiful and i felt confident at the beach wearing it, everything listed on the site is very accurate to description. the quality of the bathing suit was great! it dried up fast, did not retain extra water, did not get sand stuck to it. i highly recommend.

So I placed an expedited order on Aug 1, 2025. I got an email on the same day saying my order was shipped. I got another email on Aug 4th saying my order is delayed and that they are waiting for the carrier to pick up my order. Finally, on Aug 6th, another email saying there is a delay and the carrier has still not picked up the order. Why is the carrier not picking up orders? I can't be the only one. Why dont you use another carrier? UPS, Fed Express, and USPS are working. So what is the issue? How is this going to be resolved? I paid for expedited shipping so I expect a refund of the extra fees paid. What kind of customer service is this?

I love Yitty’s clothes, I love the way they fit and look on me but I had to remove 2 stars for the website it is very very slow. I thought maybe it was my phone but I tried to shop on the website using my iPad on my home wifi and the transition of the webpages takes forever. The really need to work on a better server for there website that can accommodate all the photos and people on the pages. It took me like half a day just to browse the site and place an order. If they could fixed this issue they would be a cut above a lot of these other brands out here. The line is everything the website though is very frustrating.

Every time I go on Fabletics or Yitty, they are always sold-out of my size. I like outfits, but never get to buy them, and it's quite frustrating.

I will most likely cancel my membership because of this.
